Correct order received but was duplicated and I was charged for the duplication involved. I had to make an unplanned car trip to return it

The ordering experience itself was good. The item came within a reasonable amount of time and the price was excellent. The reason poor marks in this review is quality control. My copy of Genesis 1 came apart at the binding within the first read and now I am left with several chunks of loose pages and a book that was apparently in the excessive heat before shipping. So, at this point, the book is pretty worthless and I saw no easy way of contact for a possible return and replacement.

Your delivery service is second to none, but when it comes to any returns, well the service is non-existant! I have returned books over a week ago and I know that they have been delivered but still I don't have any confirmation !!! So frustrating !!

The products themselves were perfect, packaged well and a reasonable price. However one book took over a month to arrive, which I had to personally chase up. Correspondence wasn’t terrible but it should have been better.

I never received my order! I immediately contacted customer service to update my address but was told nothing could be done even though the order wasn’t placed until 2 days after I ordered.

Hi Dawn - Once an order is confirmed, our warehouse team work quickly to process the order and as such, we were not able to amend the address on your order when we received your message. We apologise for any inconvenience. We have to rely that the address provided when ordering is correct.

What I received was not a book, it was just a paper, and it should have been treated as such. Also it was cut at the end of it, I had to go to internet to find the rest of it, which means the paper was available in internet for free. Also I spent the time I should not have. So, no it was not a good experience.

We are unable to expedite delivery times for these books and offer an estimated delivery period rather than a guaranteed delivery date. We display the delivery estimate, which includes the time it takes for an item to be dispatched, on the product page for every item.

I was quite disappointed recently. I bought two books both of which were quite scuffed. On had a rip on the back cover and the other, a hardback, was crinkled around the edges. I bought them for myself so didn't mind too much but won't be buying gifts from Wordery.

I've generally been very pleased ordering from Wordery, but recently I've had two orders cancelled inexplicably, which was very disappointing. In particular, I ordered a book as a gift for a friend on 10 July, and received the order confirmation and then the 'order dispatched' notification on the same day. I was therefore rather dismayed to notice only today that I had a further email dated 25 July confirming that the order had been cancelled, with no reason given. No wonder my friend hadn't commented on her gift! I'm afraid I'll think twice about relying on Wordery again.

The writer's yearbook I ordered was American, and therefore of no use. Nowhere in the blurb did it mention that this was not for English writers..

The condition of previous products have been fairly described . In this case the book was dogeared,well worn and had a page torn out. Disappointed
