Following my review where I said the deliveries were too slow. I cannot reply to Worderys response online but all the items were NOT delivered as suggested I waited almost a month for one item. No apology etc. However same items were available for next day on other sites ..but still fulfilled by Wordery!!

My order said it would arrive by latest 29th May. It arrived on 3rd June which was too late, if i knew the latest delivery would have been the 4th June I would not have placed the order. Please be more realistic with your delivery timelines.

I ordered an audio CD to listen to on our journey on holiday on 25th May 2019. The order was placed on 12th May 2019, I thought in plenty of time. We have just returned from holiday to find the parcel arrived while we were away, so too late for this occasion. Very disappointed.

The slowest delivery possible: estimated 5-10 working days for delivery, which is bad enough, but actually took 16 working days to arrive!!! Happy with the product and price, but the delivery. Really??

Two books were received in not as good condition as normal. The dust jacket on the top book was torn, seemingly before or as it was packed. This was difficult to fix. The second book was also received with slighter dust jacket damage. So, do not send me books with buggered dustjackets. Also, you do not appear to respond to other than simple complaints. My query re the faulty nature of reprinted books in a series has been ignored, yes?

Received my delivery on time however packaging was not done well, books have been misshapen and damaged in transit.

2 books ordered...one is just what l needed the other one is not AND cannot return as it is NOT free service and in this case it would be costly due to the weight of he book

The last book that I ordered arrived 3-4 days late because it was dispatched days after I ordered it. Normally I would let this go but it was a gift for a birthday and I ordered it a week and few days in advance and it still arrived late.

Shipping pledge was "10 business days or less". Actual shipping time was almost triple that estimate. The company was quite responsive when I reached out for some kind of explanation, but not in any way that gave me some confidence that the product would arrive. It eventually arrived and the price was good and the product was in good shape. Had I not been given the "10 day" expectation this would have been a fine purchase.

My order was delivered quickly but my brother Bernard Carter ordered three books two days after myself, one has been delivered but still waiting for another two with no contact to keep updated, you advertised these books which have been paid for so where are they.

The book arrived in good time and was as selected; thank you. However, it was poorly packed in a box far too large for it, with only a small piece of scrunched paper for packing. Therefore, it had moved around its box, banging into all sides which, in turn, had damaged the top and corners of the dust jacket. I would have been much better off in a simple envelope. Because of this poor packing, I would be reluctant to use Wordery again.
