I have already given your service department my disappointment and complained about the slight damage to this lovely hardback cookery book by Nigella Lawson due to arriving without acover/sleeve for protection. Furthermore packed uncovered with two heavy waxed brown paper either end to stop the book from siding about in the box. And absolutely no other protection. What a shame as this was a gift. And my second comment ignored.

The price is reasonable. Delivery is awful. I am still waiting for over 6 weeks for international delivery!

I ordered two books. One arrived about 5-6 weeks later. The other one has been lost in transit. The customer service asked me to wait and contact then again.

Delivery estimate changed once I had paid for the book and delivery took far too long.

Our books were not delivered on time, then when I queried this I was advised the order had been 'lost' on the system and a new order had to be put through again. There was no offer of a discount or speedy delivery as inconvenience.

Very slow delivery. I ordered the book two weeks before the start of my language course but it only just arrived by my 3rd lesson. Not very pleased.

The book was rated as Good by the seller. This is far from the truth. The binding is in a tatty condition and fly leaves badly marked by previous owner(s)!

I ordered 2 books for Easter presents on 11th April, an email was sent to say they had been dispatched on 12th April. They arrived on 24th April!

Basicaly, the last two orders, you have been very, very late. One book I needed for a course, and was in trouble. It's a shame, as my previous orders have been fine, and professionally delivered.
