“The order took much longer than anticipated to arrive - 23 + 26 days instead of the stated 6-10 days and online link to check progress stopped working.This was problematic as they were needed by students. On the plus side, the books arrived in excellent condition at a good price and I did get a swift reply to email.”

“Meh! the diary wasn't the size I wanted. Ok my fault for assuming that if I type '2019 moleskine large daily diary softcover black' then search results would bring this rather than "2019 moleskin daily diary softcover black' but having to pay postage to return and - moreso - queue at a post office at this time of year. Hmmm!”

“Competitive prices but orders I placed in November have taken so long to arrive. First order placed on 09/11/18 arrived on 23/11/18, second order placed on 26/11/18 arrived on 05/12/18. Before this, orders used to arrive in a reasonable time. It is quite annoying when you are unable to ring them to check on the status. Will check out other book websites in future.”

“I ordered "Churchill" by Andrew Roberts as a gift so it is really annoying that the dust jacket is in a very poor condition. The book thankfully is fine, however, I did wonder whether I could have a new dust jacket? I have used Wordery before and never had any problems so I'm interested now to see whether you'll be able to help me out with this request. Thank you”
