“The book took a long time to arrive and the cardboard envelope was open. On top of that, my credit card was charged a fee for a foreign transaction. I won't be shopping at Wordery in future unless I can't find a title elsewhere.”

“Delivery took forever. I was kept informed initially and then nothing really anything until just before it was going to be sent out. I was offered a refund at the beginning but to be honest didn’t expect such a delay. Not sure if I will use you again”

“I've bought The Complete IELTS Bands 5-6.5. However I have a problem that cd and book's listenings parts are not matching. Therefore I can not study properly. Whenever I try to study listening part, I can not find same part from cd. There is difference topic from book in the cd. If you solve this problem,I hope that you solve, I'll change that I've written review.”

“You suggest that any one book will be delivered within a very short space of time; however once one has placed an order one learns that the book will be delivered within 6 or more days. certainly not a good advertisement for your company. Harry Hannam”

“The reason I put Poor was because the pretty pink elastic right down the front of the pretty 6Cath Kidson diary you sent me had a dirty black mark in the middle of it. I bought this as a stocking filler for my daughter, and now I cannot give it to her, or anyone else as a gift, as it looks unpleasant.”
