Only delivered 8 out Have only received 8 out of 9 Star Wars books ordered on 21st November which are for my Grandsons Christmas present. The Crystal Star was delayed but the e-mail said it would be here soon. Wordery should say if it will not be here in time for Christmas, if it does not arrive I will not use wordery again.

Ordered 3 books on 30th November, 2 arrived, still not received the 3rd one....fingers crossed it comes next week as its a birthday present

I ordered the same book twice within a day of each other and tried to cancel the second order within a few minutes of completing the order. my email was not read for a day or two so it was by then too late for the order to be cancelled. I have now finally arranged to return the book at my own expense, I really hope it is going to be accepted. I cannot understand how the order can go through within seconds however cancellations cannot be processed for several days after. won't be ordering from this site again.

Wordery didn’t actually have the item I ordered and I had to wait weeks for them to source it and send it to me. Here’s an idea. Sell what you actually have in stock!!!!

Don't get me wrong, I love the book, it's contents, free shipping, and the price....it seems though, in shipping, the packaging was glued to the cover of the book, and affected some pages up front. I hope you can correct this for future customers.

The book I ordered had estimated delivery in 3-5 days. In fact, it was delivered nearly two weeks after I'd ordered it. It arrived with the cover creased and pages damaged, looking like it had been carelessly shoved into the package. Not impressed with the service.

I bought The secret garden special edition with Tasha Tudor Art and Bonus Material priced 4.83 as a Christmas gift for my 9 year old granddaughter. This is the worst edition of this book a have ever seen. It's small A5 paperback with unapealing black and white sketchy illustrations, tiny print on yellowish pages. Nothing special about it. Not a format for a 9 year old. I was very disappointed. I found a hardback edition, A4 format, beautifully illustrated in colour, with much larger print for 3.99 in TKMAXX.

Well, it took my calendar a month+ to arrive, and in the meantime I was able to find it on Amazon to be delivered 24 hours later. I contacted your customer service folks asking for a status before I did that, and was told that I could cancel my order if I chose to order from Amazon. I tried to cancel and was then told it was too late, but I could return it when it arrived. When the calendar finally came I attempted to initiate a return, and your website gave me the address in England to return it to, but a comment that if returning from the US I should contact you for an alternate address. Another contact - another disappointment, no US address for returns. It's a calendar, so I presume it would cost more to return than it is worth. Bad on me for not noticing I was placing an order from a UK based website, but I will not be making that mistake again.

No tracking of postages. Long time order processed. Part of order cancelled, cancelled item interferes with other order part. Not good.

Because you didn’t explain well that you sell only books I paid more than £8 for just a booklet explaining how to use penicillin ointment? I needed the cream not the the booklet

I don't know which order you are referring to, some orders were fine, but a couple were terrible...took ages...and no information was given as to why.

Book took forever to arrive probably because it was a gun book dedicated to Glock hand guns. I was probably being checked and looked into without my knowledge due to the fact it is a firearm book. Ordered a book about the history of firearms from another company and it came without delay along with my other books on dogs, photomontage, typography etc. Creepy but hey, its the world we live in.

There's only one problem. It took far too long from placing the order to receiving the book. Fair enough, it may have said delivery time would be upto 12 days and I'll be careful to check that next time. But in that time I could have flown around the entire planet at least 4 times and still had time to go to a shop and buy the book! There's no point saying free postage if it comes with poor service. If you need to charge postage to deliver items inside say 3 days then just charge postage. If you can't deliver inside 3 days then just don't sell the item.
