“If a defective item had not been delivered to us after it had been returned by a previous customer with a returns explanation document still in the box the rating would have been excellent !! Staff should be aware that not checking faulty returns has a bad reflection on the company.”

“Looking for a windshield to protect the family from any chilly wind when on the beach I found one for a very reasonable £8.99. The sting came in the form of the postage charge a hefty £6.95 for this one item. however, World of Camping delivered it very quickly, it arrived the very next day.”
