“Initially I wasn't very happy with the fact that World of Camping took an order from me despite the item being out of stock. I'd completely missed that information whilst buying and checking out, only seeing it when an email confirmation said "order status, back order" I emailed the company and they got back to me quickly confirming that the online ordering system does indeed take orders and payment for out of stock items. I received my item quickly despite the order status and it was well packaged. I will order from them again, i'll just be careful to read everything making sure I only buy in stock items. Can't fault their customer service team even if I was worried about the ordering process.”

“The order administration was clear and straightforward. The interaction either between you and the courier or between us and the courier was not good. I had no notification on what day the delivery was scheduled for - either from you or the courier. When I did call you to find out when the delivery was scheduled for, your member of staff always came back to me, which is good. However the courier did not then deliver on the scheduled date. I called you to explain and was advised, after you had been in contact with the courier, that the delivery would happen "today" somewhere between 1430 to 1630 ( as I recollect) , I believe the courier arrived T 1700- 1730. Considering that goods need signing for, I would have thought that an advance email/ text communicationbetween you/ the courier and the end customer re a delivery date and time slot would be in all parties interests.”
