“was happy with info provided over the phone when I called in for more info about a Dometic ACX 40G cooler I was interested in ordering. I placed the order and item was on backorder - I had no problem with this and was happy to wait. In instances where an item is on backorder it would be a nice touch if once order placed you are contacted straight away to advise of an expected date when the items are due in -even if you don't know how long - at least the customer is aware. Reason I say this is that you take the money straightaway. If you are going to do this, a simple call to say 'thanks- just to let you know it might take a few weeks to get the order to you, but rest assured its all in hand' At the moment I feel a little bit in limbo - you have taken £250 from my bank with no expectation of how long until the item will arrive.”

“The items ordered arrived very quickly at my home. Unfortunately 1 unit was badly manufactured so I telephoned straight away and was dealt with in a very professional manner. I opted not to have a replacement for this one chair and the member of staff arranged for collection a few days later. The courier turned up as promised and I now await the refund for the 1 item returned.”

“We ordered a chair which came very quickly , but unfortunately it wasn't very good , we didn't want to send it back , because it would have cost as much as the chair was worth , and my husband managed to fix it up ,company was really good and helpful , don't think it was their fault , and gave us a partial refund”
