“Unfortunately goods did not arrive next day but I spoke with a really helpful customer representative who liaised with the courier. She instantly suggested a refund of the carriage overnight fee which I accepted. Goods arrived the day after. Thanks and I'll use you again.”

“Initially I wasn't very happy with the fact that World of Camping took an order from me despite the item being out of stock. I'd completely missed that information whilst buying and checking out, only seeing it when an email confirmation said "order status, back order" I emailed the company and they got back to me quickly confirming that the online ordering system does indeed take orders and payment for out of stock items. I received my item quickly despite the order status and it was well packaged. I will order from them again, i'll just be careful to read everything making sure I only buy in stock items. Can't fault their customer service team even if I was worried about the ordering process.”
