“Great product but ordering process is confusing. No email confirmation sent when order placed and so no order number to chase. Wasn't sure when product was being despatched but eventually got help through. Order confirmation and receipt arrived AFTER the product delivery was made, very odd and whilst I'm delighted with the product and they were helpful when I got someone online it's not a particularly customer friendly process!”

“We found the site a little confusing but we are senior citizens, but after a call to your site things were explained and our order was sorted out to our satisfaction. The goods arrived earlier than we expected but was good as we were needing them at the time of our departure and they are truly excellent quality. “You want me to be honest? Well, I've had my fill of folding camping chairs with plastic corners, where the struts combine, which disintegrate. This company was the first I came across which had photographs of a different style of folding framework with decent photographs to permit examination of the joins. That's my reason for choosing this company. Will I use them again? I don't know.”

“Product was delivered quickly. Disappointed to find that it had a separate ground sheet and not sewn in as pictures of the product suggested. Reading the specification more closely indicates a separate groundsheet. Lesson for me is, see the pictures only as indicative and read the small stuff.”

“Order sent very quickly. We were surprised that the awning carpet and the awning rear upright poles had no protective packaging. the bottles of caravan/awning cleaners were in a UK Mail bag strapped to the carpet case and poles with YELLOW sticky tape . We have been unable to remove all the ahesive from the case. The address label was nearly off and there was no other info. On opening the bag of cleaners the awning cleaner was empty with no sign of spillage. I rang customer services which was excellent and a replacement awning cleaner was sent very quickly.”
