“Website easy to use and delivered next day as stated. ( However I was very disappointed I wanted my item the next day as I was going away that day, so when I received my text message from the courier with a time slot I decided to wait before setting off on my trip, i waited 30 minutes longer than the given time frame before I left and my item hadn't arrived I do fully appreciate that this was out World of Camping's control and that it was the couriers responsibility, but still disappointing all the same) However I would you the company again for future purchases.”

“purchase and web experience v good. Slightly disappointed with the next day delivery service as the parcel got stuck in transit within UK Mail (now picked up ok) so was late despite re-arranging to pick it up however the response from World of Camping was v good when I raised the issue with you.”

“Generally we were really pleased with this tent which I bought to attend a summer festival with two of my children. My only slight issue would be the quality of materials - one of the plastic rings holding a guy rope to the rear window snapped, and one or two of the guys simply came undone. But apart from those minor niggles it was just what we needed.”

“Ordering was quick and easy Needed to speak to customer service who were polite though did not ring me back as promised . The order was placed for next day delivery and was finally received 5 days later though I do realise this is the delivery company s fault not the the camping shop I did leave a message for call back today but no one has and was assured I would be refunded my p&p but as yet it hasn't reached my bank account”

“For some reason my order wasn't processed and dispatched, so my order was not received within the delivery time given(2-3 working days). Once I contacted by email and queried this and stated I needed my order within 2 days from the date of email my order was dispatched that same day and sent on next day delivery before midday. My order was received the next day. Although problems to begin with, this was very quickly dealt with satisfactorily.”
