“The Outwell Concorde M Air Tent was out of Stock when I ordered which was not made clear on the package deal icon which claimed the normal delivery time. I realised the item was not in stock only after placing the order and when reviewing my order progress on line. No update was recieved or posted as to when delivery was expected. However I contacted customer services directly two weeks after placing the order and they were very helful.”

“My first order, not a large one I am sorry to say but we are trading as just a very small campsite so are needs are small. My order arrived on schedule, unfortunately it had not been packaged very well at the depot or the courier had thrown it around ~ whatever? but World of Camping were on the phone to rectify the disappointment caused and duly dealt out a credit for our damaged goods and promised to sort out future packaging, so good for all customers future goods. Very good company to deal with, and we will continue to use them.”

“The web site was good and clear. I ordered 4 items that were at a very good price compared to ebay/Amazon etc. I was contacted by the web site as 2 items were out of stock, to see if I wished to change the order for an alternative. As I wanted them items they said they would order them and contact me when they were in. Good overall service, but a bit annoying that items not in stock. Good communication with company.”
