“Everything was very efficient and excellent until my fire arrived and the glass front was broken. however the service to help me resolve this has been excellent and a new glass for the front of the fire will arrive on Monday. i found the staff on the phone when I called to report the problem breakage extremely polite and helpful”

“The tent arrived very fast. The packaging was wet and damaged, this was probably due to the postal carrier, the driver was spotted taping up my parcel before delivering. Luckily the tent was wrapped in plastic and was undamaged. We used the tent this weekend. It was easily assembled and was very sturdy even without the guy ropes. The only thing I would bring to the attention of anyone wanting to buy this tent, please be aware that when they state 'Sewn in Ground Sheet', this only refers to the sleeping pods and not the overall tent. Its good value for money and we are happy with our purhase.”

“At 48+ my wife and I have decided to take up camping again and purchased everything from new - World of Camping web site was great and informs you while browsing if item in stock or not which is useful rather than been told at checkout. Was very impressed with delivery service to N.Ireland and would have given a very good review rather than good had more items been in stock - had to order additional items from another web site as result. Overall good and would shop on this site again in future.”

“Item as described and speedy service but courier threw the heater through a bedroom window(bungalow) onto a bed. Not what you expect when I had left instructions with the courier company as to where the item could be left and left a signed card. Recommend world of camping. Not so sure about UK MAIL though.”

“Nice looking practical cool box that works well on 230v (not tried 12v yet). Takes a while to cool down to 10° when ambient about 24° (8 to 10 hours) on full power but once cool it stays cool very well on eco setting. Only disappointment is it only just takes 1x 2ltr bottle standing up.”

“I am very pleased with my goods I ordered from you, however I am very lucky I have them. The box of goods was left on my driveway with no card through the door. Fortunately, I was at home and obviously didn't answer the door quick enough for the inpatient delivery driver. I live on a main road and the box could of easily been stolen. Just thought you should be aware of your delivery service.”

“Not all my order was available for delivery as World of Camping were having problems with supply, but I received a personal call to advise me of such and the rest of my order was despatched for next day delivery free of charge. The staff I spoke to were polite and amiable.”
