“The web site was good and clear. I ordered 4 items that were at a very good price compared to ebay/Amazon etc. I was contacted by the web site as 2 items were out of stock, to see if I wished to change the order for an alternative. As I wanted them items they said they would order them and contact me when they were in. Good overall service, but a bit annoying that items not in stock. Good communication with company.”

“I had some problems with the webpage in the process of buying the item, I had to introduce personal data three times, including the VISA number, which certainly creates distrust. Appart from that, delivery was relatively fast, tracking system was ok, and the tent arrived in perfect conditions. However, shipping costs could be lower, considering the cost of the item purchased.”

We're sorry our courier let you down on this occasion. In mitigation, this was during the busy period immediately before Christmas; but admittedly this was not the service which we would normally expect.

“I needed a light weight, carry-able table for a craft fair and this model fitted the bill perfectly. I found it easy to assemble and to change the height (just a couple of spring fittings on each end to lower it again) and it was robust enough for my display. Overall I was impressed with the quality of this product. The edges are aluminium I think and the surface of the table looks waterproof and better than the mdf I have seen used on some tables. Pleased with my purchase!”

“Happy with service and goods provided by World of Camping however, not at all happy with the delivery company they use. Parcel was left on the doorstep at completely the wrong address and not signed for. Although their tracking system said it was signed for by myself! Difficult as it was left as the wrong address. The honest and helpful person whose address it was left at kindly got in his car and delivered the parcel to the correct recipient!”

“Everything was very efficient and excellent until my fire arrived and the glass front was broken. however the service to help me resolve this has been excellent and a new glass for the front of the fire will arrive on Monday. i found the staff on the phone when I called to report the problem breakage extremely polite and helpful”

“The tent arrived very fast. The packaging was wet and damaged, this was probably due to the postal carrier, the driver was spotted taping up my parcel before delivering. Luckily the tent was wrapped in plastic and was undamaged. We used the tent this weekend. It was easily assembled and was very sturdy even without the guy ropes. The only thing I would bring to the attention of anyone wanting to buy this tent, please be aware that when they state 'Sewn in Ground Sheet', this only refers to the sleeping pods and not the overall tent. Its good value for money and we are happy with our purhase.”
