“Communication is excellent. I got 10% off because I was online ordering on Saturday! so that was nice. Therefore the price I paid for my Vango Air-Awning was the best anywhere in the UK. Delivery was free. They did however send me the wrong model, but they quickly rectified by courier pick up and delivery of correct item. the other minor negative is I've been waiting for an awning carpet on back order for 3 months and I haven't had it or much communication. I go on holiday very shortly and now I'm stuck what to do. otherwise I'd be clicking "Very Good". Cheers. Neil”

“I placed an order with world of camping -please take this as a positive review even though it might not sound it to start with - the product I ordered was out of stock - customer service was great - they rang me to give me the choice of changing the order, waiting for it to come into stock or cancelling the order - unlike another company who when I cancelled here and ordered there just sent me a replacement product instead of the one I ordered - World of Camping were helpful and considerate and will definitely use them again”

“Only used the once so far, occupant seemed OK with it, said he slept well, some condensation inside. Have to jiggle the awning roof pole a little more next time, to make it more parallel with the ground. It kept out the rain but not, unfortunately, the wind, that rear vent is rather large, and I wish that there was a way of anchoring the inside edge of the bottom flap. Little niggles but on the whole good, and it also meant that we didn't have a tent in the awning, wasting space. I would recommend it. MILES LEWIS”
