“World of camping are not the cheapest, but have first-class customer service. Or so I thought. I gave them my correct address, but they used the fictitious "Humberside" county, This rubbish was abolished in 1992, 22 years ago. It is highly offensive that people do not know the recent history and geography of their own country, and don't know that "H-side was abolished because people hated it. I do not trade with companies that insult customers. Until I receive an apology and an acknowlegement that I live at the address I gave them, I remain an ex-customer. "HUMBERSIDE IS DEAD: BURY IT AND FORGET IT"”

We can assure you that no maliciousness was intended by using this term. This was due to an automated process caused by the system management of your postcode for routing reasons only. As a company based in Cornwall, we do understand the significance and importance of regional pride, and hope that you can forgive us for using the H-side nomenclature.

“This canopy seems well made and robust and is very easy to erect. I would hesitate to use it in windy conditions as I don't think the 2 smallish pegs would be a good enough anchor. I would have paid a few quid more for 2 extra poles and guy ropes so the the canopy could also be used as a free-standing shelter/gazebo. I have yet to test it in the rain”

“Excellent service, and the gas regulator I ordered was delivered very quickly, and received in apparently excellent condition. However, it was sent just "as is" in its box, with no extra packing and was completely free to rattle around and no doubt received a good few bumps on its journey to me. Hopefully it will perform OK if I ever have to use it - I bought it as a spare. A bit of extra packing would have cost almost nothing and would have given me the customer more confidence in the condition of the item.”
