“Excellent service, and the gas regulator I ordered was delivered very quickly, and received in apparently excellent condition. However, it was sent just "as is" in its box, with no extra packing and was completely free to rattle around and no doubt received a good few bumps on its journey to me. Hopefully it will perform OK if I ever have to use it - I bought it as a spare. A bit of extra packing would have cost almost nothing and would have given me the customer more confidence in the condition of the item.”
