“The door section to our Quest pro windbreak arrived in good time, in good condition and fitted our quest pro windbreak well on testing in the garden prior to our upcoming holiday. The only downside was that the packaging had a 6inch tear half way along revealing the material so we were lucky there was no damage”

“Ordered an awning and was told there wasn't full stock of this item for a month, so I ordered a more expensive alternative which they said they'd supply at no extra cost. The awning was delivered promptly and on time, and it was my original order! So I did get what I initially wanted by the time I wanted it. So I'm satisfied if a little confused.”

“Great tent as described for a very competitive price Wasn’t clear from the ordering process that this tent was a back order and would take a week to arrive , however communication was excellent . I got a call to inform me of this the following day , I was given an accurate timescale for the delivery - about a week . I was called to notify me of the delivery day . Would definitely use again”

“My original order was stolen by their courier so the company dispatched a second order that was also stolen by the courier. They then sent me a third order which at my request came by Royal Mail. The company was always helpful and attentive and worked hard to ensure that I received the product that I ordered despite being consistently let down by UK Mail. Will use them again.”

“This is a useful size tent to serve as a kitchen, with plenty of headroom. Stood up well to the elements. The poles could be a little better. One came apart at the joint - the spring connector pulled out when the tent was taken down.”
