After 3 e mails unanswered, and numerous unanswered calls I finally got hold of someone who informed me that my order wasn’t being processed as you didn’t have my book. You didn’t bother to tell me or refund my money , until I contacted you. So I suppose you would of kept my money and it would of been forgotten. A totally bad experience.

Although it said there were enough copies of my order in stock, this was untrue. World of books did not inform me of this and on the 20th day of waiting I enquired - still waiting for the refund...

Although it said there were enough copies of my orderin stock, there weren't. It was up to me as the customer to enquire rather than world of books to inform me of this fact - a 20 day wait is too long to be informed!

Cancelled my order without warning, no reason given. Had to call up to find out if it had actually been cancelled or not. No sorry at all just a rude worker saying I might have been too slow ordering the book or they didn't have the book in stock to complete the order and someone else had beaten me to it nevermind the same book was back up for sale that exact day. Worse service ever.

make sure you arnt too ,bothered whether you want your books or not when you order from world of books. I am still waiting for mine a month after ordering and paying for them. BEWARE

I have been chasing up the customer services dept on a daily basis awaiting the rest of my order of books which are now well overdue, or my money back. NO ANSWER. I have used world of books several times with prompt delivery etc but have been very let down by them this time and will not be using them again. I will be supporting the local charity shops now.

I have ordered the big baby book of w sears. Condition was listed 'very good'. When it arrived i could see that book was in a shockingly poor condition. Dirty, cover page torn. With big library stamps inside that it was discarded. Also prices as 80 p marked by biro. I had to wash my hand after throwing the book into the bin. I have contacted customer service of wob and asked for a refund. They never replied. So very bad impression of this company all in all....

Its been nearly a month since i placed the order. I have tried contacting them to check why the delivery is delayed, only to learn that another book will be dispatched and I am none the wiser, no book and no explanation!

The blu-ray arrived and it is not an original disc but is a copy! I'm not pleased about it.

I find the assumption that everyone is either on Facebook or Instagram difficult as I do not use either. I struggle enough with e.mail and the internet in general. Please be aware that we are not all techies! My item has still not arrived!

ORDER-1906-10434242, after 3 weeks is still incomplete. You sent the book THE A-Z OF CLASSIC FM MUSIC promptly but I still await the CLASSIC FM MUSIC cds included in the order. Not up to your usual service. Very very disappointed by such very poor service

Really bad customer service.. They did not have the book advertised on the website. After 10 days of no delivery.. had all sorts of excuses as to why they did not have the book . After several emails , more wasted time and a final threat of reporting them for misdescription and fraud I received my refund. Would not advise anyone to use them
