“I just do not think 5 does Jayman any justice. We had this persistent issue with regard to cache. We installed WP Cache. It somehow conflicts with the Varnish Cache we are using. Our users are logged in and logged out unexpectedly. This sounds like a small issue but is extremely annoying. We have been trying all kinds of approaches and opened countless tickets with our hosting company. Each time, we are back to ground zero. Just at that point, we decided to give WPMU team a try. They worked with us for almost 10 hours, none stop. In the end the issue was beautifully resolved. I do not know how much I would have paid someone to work on this issue should we not have the subscription of WPMU. It would easily be a multiple of all my monthly subscription cost. The most important, knowing that WPMU is watching out for me on the site is just such a relief. Thank you Jayman and Abdul. I do not know what to say. But you have totally redefined our expectation on great tech support.”

“This was my first experience of WPMU DEV customer service, due to having a website crash after a .hta conflict with one of their services. Support was fantastic, they got stuck in and fixed everything to get the site back up and running within a very short time. Their products are fantastic too. Nice one!”
