“i am reporting back on chat support for premium subscribers. i have found each and every one of the support guys to be at the very top of their game, kind,and patient regardless of how stewpit my question is, and always, but always willing to help. the system they use, with remote login to sites, works like a charm. today's session was with Rupok, arguably the avatar for support personalities, and an honourable bloke who just wants to help. If you get wpmudev premium subscription for the support, and not even the plugins, then it's a steal.”

“Oh well, WPMU Dev. What can I say about WPMU Dev besides the fact that they always (ALWAYS) help me out, no matter what time of day. For almost no money. In a super friendly way. They call themselves "superheroes". Pfff. They can't fly, they don't turn green when angry (because of live-chat this is unconfirmed though). They don't even have spinnerets to produce silk and sling through town using web-stuff. But regarding Wordpress they know everything. That's true, I must admit that. "With Great Power comes Great Responsibility" and they live up to that. @TheWholeWPMUDev team: thanks for your friendly and straight-to-the-point support and your great plugins! Knowing you are there is a high stress relieving factor. Keep up the good work and I'll visit you at #WCEU 2019 in Berlin: keep the WPMU-superhero gadgets ready, including the web-stuff ;-) My desk will never be the same. “If you do Wordpress you should also be doing WPMUDEV Apart from a plethora of MUST HAVE plugins the customer support is second to none. Then there is the community area fo the website with a constant supply of hints tips and tricks. The community here are VERY approachable and friendly and love to help out where they can. I have learnt sooooo much from these guys over the years - do it !! Subscribe !!!”
