“Okay. So I was helped by Katya Tsihotska and she was *dialed*. Super-adept and clear. Kind, helpful, and most of all, *clarified* in her understanding and approach. There was the sense one gets one working with someone who *actually* understands what they're doing and is able to communicate it kindly and clear. For real.
