“I was having an issue with my WP Smush Pro plugin. It was only registering as WP Smush (no Pro options and telling me to upgrade). Support was very fast and helpful. It took some digging but he finally figured out what the issue was and corrected it (an API refresh glitch). On another note, the email field is not accepting my email address as valid (even though it is the email my account is under - it's a *.design email address). You should probably update your email verification to allow for new domain extensions.”

“In 90 minutes, Kris did an extraordinary job of fixing one big problem with many little ramifications. His knowledge and skill were evident. I also felt he was a very kind communicator.
