“I think these guys have the best support system! I mean Wordpress itself has a great support community and WPMUDEV takes it to a whole different level. It's not even like you have to be using their plugins or services on a particular domain. If you are a member, they help you with anything related to wordpress! I was having second thoughts about continuing with this service, but once I understood the kind of support they give, I don't think I will have any second thoughts about it from now on. Thanks Team!”

“I got support from Patrick Cohen today. I had an issue with a plugin which was not performing and this had to do with the settings of the hummingbird plugin (I figured it had something to do with the jQuery settings). However I am not that familiar with the Hummingbird plugin yet. Patrick explained where I could find the settings that might be causing the problems. When that didn't seem to work he took control of the website through the access I gave him. Within 5 minutes he had fixed the issue for me (empty the cache from the asset optimization would do the trick), something that would have taken me hours to figure out on my own (also the support from the plugin with the issue replies to submitted tickets only after a day, so Patrick fixed a problem within minutes, which otherwise would have taken hours or even days). Very happy with the support I got!”

“Unbelievable help today from Katya. I had an issue with multisite subsite images uploading to the wrong folder, this had been driving me mad for weeks with a huge amount of help issue is now fixed. Five-star service all around!!”
