“I had just purchased the annual Freelancer package two days ago. Today, they began running a limited-time offer to upgrade to their annual Agency package, offered a 60% lifetime discount which totaled $6 higher than the Freelancer package! The upgrade process was surprisingly completely painless and as they merely pro-rated my charges, and just like that, I was upgraded. Thank you for offering outstanding support and making it easier to use your services. I imagine I'll be a customer for life!”

“Many great features from the plugins and support is always here to help by chat. The hosting service is newer but I can see the team as deployed a lot of efforts to add new features and improve performance. Thank you for the good work. I am happy to work with WPMU for my businesses. I am looking forward to see the new features, especially Elementor support in asset optimisation that will be a game changer for many of us.”

“Abdul Wajed was a TREMENDOUS help to me and was VERY thorough in troubleshooting and making suggestions on how to resolve all of my hacker issues. Luckily I had just bought the Premium account this morning and this saved my client's Ecommerce website so she can continue online sales tomorrow morning. I just cannot say enough great things about his knowledge level and most of all his great attitude to work things through to an optimal solution! THANK YOU!!!!”

“THE BEST, SIMPLY THE BEST WordPress service available. WPMU DEV is simply the best service I have ever used. No matter what happens with your WordPress site they are there to help. Using their plugin- which are excellent- mean if there is a problem they are there to solve it immediately. They even find solution when there are conflicts with a themes and their plugins. The services of the Hub dashboard makes managing multiple sites or a single site a breeze. The customer service by chat is the absolute best - fast, efficient, professional, and knowledgeable! This is one service to make sure that you have- there is none better!”

“We absolutely recommend WPMU DEV. Their customer service is second to none. Juan Cuello and Mercedes Caldwell went out of their way to solve our problem. We were having a difficult time getting a payment go through for a promotion that they were running after going through the entire weekend we still could not get our payment to go thru. We contacted WPMU and Mercedes Caldwell checked in on the issue and emailed within a couple of hours and asked me to try and authenticate the payment once more. Once that had failed I connected with Juan Cuello and he checked on a few things. After all of the issues that took place and all of the billing problems WPMU decided to comp our payment and set us up for the year under the unlimited program that we were looking for. Needless to say, we are customers for life and WPMU has some of the best customer service in the land.”

“WPMUDEV is awesome in many different way - For starters their software is top-notch. It covers all the essentials to help automate and streamline the tedious aspects of the job. Secondly, the hosting is fast, secure and easy to use. Lastly, the support is amazing. Every time I have a problem big or small with anything ranging from simple billing questions all the way to fixing errors on my website that sometimes don't even apply to their suite of plugins. Big shoutout to Mercedes & Ohidul for always helping me out regardless of the problem.”

“I needed some assistance relating to my account settings/membership billing, and as usual the support staff, in particular Juan Cuello, have assisted in clearing up all issues in a very timely manner (< 5 minutes).
