“The absolute best hosting company! All of their plugins are premium and they eliminate MUCH of the need to use outside plugins. Here’s a list of what some of their plugins provide: 1. Contact forms 2. Image compression 3. Premium CDN with premium cache 4. Everything needed to set up SEO for each page and the website 5. Daily site crawls with daily sitemap submissions to Google and Bing 6. Gzip and asset optimization 7 Social media share buttons 8. Malware scanning 9. Slide-ins and popups 10. Daily backups of your website A plugin also provides Google Analytics delivered your site’s dashboard and software to move your website over to WPMU. The company also provides: 1. 24/hr chat service 2. A staging site (i.e. sandbox) 3. An email service 4. Multiple member forums 5. HTTPS protocol for your website The technicians are VERY knowledgeable and are quick to answering your questions. “Really fantastic service! So delighted to be a part of the WPMU family. Before I found these guys I struggled so much with site speeds and had what felt like a million plugins to achieve one result, which made things worse overall with a clunky plugin list. My brain was constantly mashed and I got really confused with it all. Since I've been using WPMU (we used their full package for a long time, then paused and came back as they now have single-site and much more affordable options) I've never had an issue with their customer service. They have a very knowledgeable team, clearly making a point to employ only the best techies and sales guys as they all sure do know their stuff! If they're not sure, they find out on the spot or come back to you, always with a solid response. And very friendly too! Few teething problems getting the plugins to work with my site, but that was fixing the mess I'd created with my million useless plugins from the past, and accommodating my outdated theme. However, they fixed every single issue, went above and beyond for me and spend a LOT of time making sure their package worked for our business. No question was too stupid, they always help you understand. They're much more than just a plugin service, they treat you with respect, they care about your business whether you spend £1 or £100 a month and they do everything with a smile. The plugins are incredible, everything you need under one roof and my website really does perform 1000 x better than before. I just love them! Thanks guys!!”
