“My kitchen is beautiful, the delivery men were fabulous and helpful, the Southampton store staff were terribly frustrating. I never got a call back when they advised they would, the took money and didn’t bother putting in my order and if I ever tried to call to ask what was going on, was advised someone would call me and no one ever would. The service centre were even less helpful and had no interest in helping me know when my kitchen may arrive. I love my kitchen, it is beautiful but the company were painful to deal with.”

“After sales care abysmal. The £300 sink had scratches once fixed and protective covering removed. Contacted them within days and they didn’t want to know as they said it was fixed. Very unhappy. Sales staff good. Customer services very bad.”

“I was delighted with the service from start to finish. I was advised what fittings went best with my choices and the designer helped me keep within my budget. Communication was excellent from start to finish and the quality of the kitchen is excellent value for money.”

“Impressed with covid safe showroom visit and the design of our kitchen. Always welcome to contact them to update our order. Free home visits to ensure the design would work before agreeing final order and booking fitting date. Great fitters - polite, informative, trustworthy and skilled. Great rubbish collection team upon completion. Would definitely recommend Wren.”

“Excellent experience from start to finish. Planning and design was helpful, although we tweaked the design later, this wasn't a problem. The delivery was on time and all there. The product itself is great quality. We fitted ourselves. We love it. Would recommend.”

“Great customer service from the designer who helped to plan the kitchen and field a multitude of questions to the cheerful delivery guys and the installation team who kept in close contact during install week. Very pleased with our choice of Miilano units and quartz worksurfaces and glad we went with Wren for their installation experience.”

“We were really pleased with the great service from beginning to end! Very professional, helpful and punctual. Would definitely recommend. Tried B&Q, Wickes and Ikea but chose Wren because of selection, price, quality and friendly service! Lovely Quartz worktops too, professionally measured and fitted.”

“Initial experiencet with a certain store designer was not great and was adamant i would not use Wren for my kitchen. However decided to try a different store and was amazed as how different the experience was . Felt very happy to place order with Wren. The post sales service was great from the delivery and also resolving any issues were done quickly and without any fuss. Oh and the product quality was very good. Would now not hesitate to recommend.”
