“Fantastic service from Wren for our new kitchen! Although we used our own fitter, the design process & delivery were all excellent. Staff were very helpful & knowledgeable. Really good offers available & great choice of appliances and accessories. Would definitely recommend!”

“We ordered our dream kitchen prior to COVID-19 so our first instalment date was delayed by three months but boy was it worth the wait. We are ecstatic with the final outcome and spend most of our time sitting in there now. Ben, our installer was brilliant. Polite, methodical and takes pride in his work. So glad we decided to stay in our forever home and have a Wren kitchen as our showcase.”

“Brilliant service and quality from start to finish. We had our initial meeting with a designer online in June before showrooms opened. We then visited the showroom to confirm colours etc. before placing our order for delivery in August. Everything went very smoothly, particularly the delivery. We used our own fitter so can't comment on Wren's fitters. But our fitter was very pleased that we had a Wren kitchen as he finds them easy to fit and commented on the fact that the finished product always looks perfect because of the little touches that Wren provide, such as the touch up pen and wax. There was some damage to a door and a piece of cornice, so I contacted customer services and they arranged for replacements to be sent straight away. All in all, perfect and we would highly recommend!”

“From design to delivery we had great service from Wren. They were patient with design, our new kitchen is large and we made changes along the way. Communication was regular and good and there was no hold up of delivery even during the pandemic. The amount we paid for the kitchen was amazing considering what we got (plus 4 appliances) and everyone loves our new kitchen.”

“Fantastic experience from start to finish- the design team were great at listening to our needs before making suggestions to help improve our kitchen design. The after sales team were great at getting in touch only when necessary to arrange key details such as installer visits and delivery dates. The installation team approved by wren were great and gave us regular updates on the progress of the kitchen throughout installation. A pleasure from start to finish.”

“Perfect looking but not the function. Non of the cupboards are self close and they don’t have any solution . It was a horrible experience I spent more than ten thousands and have lots of unsolved problems”

“very happy with the design and products. i fitted the kitchen myself and would have liked slightly more clearer instructions on certain elements like the integrated fridge unit and tower end panel positioning. i found the online videos usefull. Overall im very satisfied and would recomend Wren to friends and family.”

“Our design consultation despite being through covid rules was super efficient and thorough. We made had 2 visits to make sure we hadn’t missed anything out and even made a couple of last minute changes. We love how we could create our bespoke kitchen almost from scratch.”

“From start to finish there were no issues. Kitchen designed perfect and professional. Delivered professionally and carefully. Recommendes 2 people so far who bought a kitchen. Would recommend any customer to go to wrens before anywhere else. No pressure it very relaxed”

“Great quality and service during the design process. We had a great experience remotely designing our kitchen during the lockdown. The designer would even schedule additional videocalls to show us how some of their products looked in the showroom. Top service! We did schedule some additional works with the contractors that were doing the kitchen installation and there were some scheduling and quality issues, but nothing to do with what came from Wren. Wren in itself were quite good and quick to reply to any of our questions.”
