“Prices were excellent, products are great 12 months later, delivery was on time as arranged, plans were easy to follow, nothing to fault. Designer price match appliances.”

“Wren Kitchens do what they say they'll do. A brilliant planning team, no pressure to take more than you need, they remove your old kitchen with the minimum of disruption and install the new units with quiet efficiency leaving the site in pristine condition. I would confidently recommend the Wren team.”

“I am sorry to downgrad the score but this is the score I have sent to Which, I see nothing wrong with the showroom and sales side, the fitting of the worktop took to long, every thing with them was two weeks and then another two weeks and another two weeks, this was no delay as I was told by them they do everything by two week period. Next a part was missing, the kitchen sink has two bowls therefore two sink drainages are required, I received only one, I reported this by phone twice, and by email twice and received little response except this part may take two months to arrive, do you really think that someome should wait two months for such a standard part, and I still have not received it so I have been to B & Q and purchased one. My only advice to you is to ditch these parts of your company that are holding you back, I am afraid I cannot refer Wren to anyone I know and would prefer if you did not contact me again.”

“The quality of what Wren sent to me was good. The fitting by one of their chosen fitting company was prompt and good quality. There were some issues concerning communication with the installation department but this was sorted very efficiently by one of their senior managers who was at pains to contact me and get to the bottom of the problem that I was experiencing. A quality kitchen that was fitted well and a system of monitoring after my initial complaint that was effectively dealt with”

“The attention we received from start to finish was better than we anticipated and we would defenatly recommend this company Even our joiner who has installed many kitchens from different companies was impressed by the quality and was delighted that they came ready assembled. He also was surprised at the cost of the complete package and I suspect he will be visiting Wren soon for other jobs.”

“as mine was a match the price from wicks kitchen plan as i needed a cupboard with glass doors they upped the whole kitchen to an infinity range better doors , the works also a very good quality glass cupboard . On delivery day every item was duly marked and packaged very well also nothing was damaged . But the only thing i would say is if you decide to change a cupboard or size of something do it asap as they not so good at deleting items you no longer want they like a lot of notice . A couple of items iv'e been left with that i will not use and one of the items i was assured would be removed from list but even so, very pleased with quality and fresh design of kitchen .”

“friendly welcome when you get to the store Left to browse the extensive range Saw what we wanted then Sat down with a designer who made the whole kitchen thing easy no pressure And when we were all done they sent a surveyor round to check our measurements Delivered on time by there own friendly team Just brilliant from start to finish”

“I decided to refit my kitchen and settled on a Wren kitchen as I was very impressed with the designs. The service i received from start to finish was A1. As with all orders of this type you are bound to find somethings are either wrong/missing or you just planned the layout wrong so need to alter it slightly, I did have some parts wrong and one of the glass side panels for the draw unit broke when I tried to remove it. I contacted customers service for a replacement part and explaned what happened (I did expect to pay for it) they were so very helpful and sent a replacement part FOC. During the fit out, I found i was also short of some parts but once again I could not fault customer service the parts were shipped for next day delivery. I have installed a few kitchens in my time, but i am very impress with the quality and build of the units and also service received. If i have to fit another kitchen i will certainly consider a Wren kitchen again.”

“Ordered kitchen July 2018 was a bit dubious due to previous comments, but glad I took no notice. From the initial visit to the showroom until kitchen fitted could not fault Wren. We were kept up dates every step of the process. Delivered within time frame. When we had kitchen fitted two doors had very minor chips in the i called customer service with no hanging on telephone the operator ordered replacement doors which arrived within two days. I would definitely recommend Wren Kitchens for service and quailty.”
