“Everything went smoothly from start to finish. They really listened to our (quite fussy!) requirements and talked us thoroughly through every stage of the instalment. Kept in contact throughout the whole process, we knew exactly what was happening and when. Delivery of the units was very smooth, delivery drivers were fantastic especially as we are 2 flights up! Couldn’t fault any part of the service, really professional and understanding.”

“Fantastic quality, price and service!!! From walking into a wren store , we were very impressed with the choice and booked a kitchen designer. Absolutely love the kitchen we picked . We had to ring customer service for after care as we had a damaged door and a part missing , it was sorted extremely quickly and parts replaced within a week.”

“We visited the Gateshead showroom and after lots of discussion and mind changing we made our descion, nothing was to much trouble, we visited the showroom several times, Andy, our designer was incredibly patient and advised us how to get the most storage from our plans. I would recommend wrens without hesitation.”

“Superb service from start time to finish. Their guidance and expertise in helping us design our kitchen was so helpful and 4 months in have finished installing it as we did this ourselves and superb quality. Had an issue with slight colour difference with part of bottom fillers and even though was out of time frame so helpful and replaced without any issues. Would highly recommend!”

“We had such a fantastic experience with wren, from the first moment we walked I got heir showroom right up until the final installation and remedial work, everything was first class. Great value for money, if you’re looking for a new kitchen then you can’t go wrong here. They’ve got such a wide range of options there really is something for everyone”

“Very good customer service which was essential as a few doors had slight marks on them on arrival. Replacement doors were delivered within the week with no annoying questions asked or fingers pointed! Very happy with the quality of the kitchen and the selection and design appointment was excellent.”

“Excellent service from start to finish and good quality kitchen. We were very impressed by Wren from the Kitchen Designer, choice of kitchens and appliances, delivery and technical support. Our Joiner could not believe that all the fixings and accessories were supplied even the care kit for the oak worktop. I was pleasantly surprised by Wren and would definitely recommend them.”

“Really pleased with our new kitchen from design to delivery. Our designer was very good and helped us throughout the whole thing and made it so easy and stress free. We chose all our units, worktop and appliances. The end price was very reasonable. On looking at reviews we opted for our own installer. Contract signed and delivery date set. Communication from showroom and delivery dept was excellent. We had requested a PM delivery and found out few days before it would be an AM . Not a problem as we had a spare room to store most of it. Delivery morning and we were able to track the lorry and driver called to say they would be in 1/2hour. They unloaded everything and checked each item off with us. Couldn't have gone more smoothly. Full marks to the 2 delivery guys. Our installer arrived just as they were leaving. Kitchen ripped out and everything done in 4 1/2 days. Only hiccup we had, one worktop had a small chip, a quick call and we were advised it would arrive the following week. It did and our installer came back and changed it over. I was amazed at the change in my kitchen, it looks so m7ch bigger. Thank you Wrens. I would definitely recommend them and in fact one friend has ordered from them after seeing ours. 10/10 from us.”

“Our experience from wren was stress free and Laura made sure our kitchen was perfect! We where in the shop for 3 hours and it was no bother atal to Laura she ensured it was exactly what we wanted. Couldn't recommend wren anymore! The quality of the kitchens are second to non. Everyone always comments on how different our kitchen is which is what we where aiming for. So happy we chose wren!”
