“Well designed kitchen, ordered the ready built units,all arrived on time , we used our own fitter so can’t comment on the installation service , one star taken away as they would not give us a refund on end panels not used (because it was designed instore )?”

“Wren’s product was actually really good. Considering we went for the cheapest option of joinery, it is a really lovely product. The issue we had, and it ruined our whole experince, were the Wren installers. We were told that the Wren preferred suppliers were Kitchen Excellence and they were awful. Such a pity Wren use such shocking installers, it really lets the product down.”

“We had our new Wren Kitchen installed in early July this year and we are very pleased with it. The new design features we were advised to incorporate have proved to be excellent. The whole process from initial enquiry through to installation was professional. I would do this again if ever I needed another new kitchen. CF”

“I have the most beautiful Kitchen thanks to Wren. from start to finish they have been amazing. we didn't have a real idea of what we wanted but the kitchen designer walked us through each element until we were happy. There was never a hard sell and we could change our mind at any time with no pressure. Everything started and finished on time. The workmanship is good with excellent quality. We are so impressed”

“Really pleased with the kitchen, it looks fab. Aftersales service has been really helpful when Bosch let us down. Maybe could reply to emails quicker but we got the desired outcome.”

“Thrilled with our new kitchen, it is everything we wanted. The quality of the units and worktop is excellent. The whole process of ordering and installing was done very efficiently. Can recommend.”

“Great showroom service, however after sales a nightmare. 7 damaged doors, replacements were sent which apparently underwent rigorous quality control and still arrived damaged. Currently with ombudsman to gain a resolution. Customer service is non existent”

“We purchased our kitchen from Wrens, from the first appointment we were really impressed with how we were treated. The designer took his time and explained everything to make sure the kitchen we got was perfect! We had a slight issue with the cooker not fitting but when we contacted them they sent someone out straight away. Would 100% recommend.”

“Our experience with Wren was fantastic from start to finish. We were given David at Bedford as our kitchen designer, he is very good at his job and steered us without being pushy. We got everything that we wanted into the kitchen and for a very reasonable price. Delivery went smoothly and all minor issues were addressed quickly by Wren. The only thing we wished we had done differently would to have used Wren’s installers. I have and will recommend Wren to others for a good quality kitchen at a reasonable price and with efficient service.”

“Fantastic experience from the team at your Deepdale, Preston store. Their designer Karl Hallows helped with the planning and layout and nothing was too much trouble. The result it's amazing and I would definately recommend Wren.”
