“Fitters started off well but language barrier has caused issues. They have left the job with a long list of errors and poor fitting which our building who is a Howdens kitchen showroom fitter pointed out to us. Cabinets are the wrong height, cabinets damaged, trims not level, poor connection to taps which meant water leaked all over the floor. They have blocked up our extraction vent so we can’t attach it. Joinery covered in sealant ( I wish I could attach pictures ) All joinery can be seen and the whole kitchen is filthy with marks, Quartz top won’t be fitted for almost 16 days but was told 10! I’ve had to make temporary worktops so we can use the kitchen. So much wasted space due to Poor planning like other reviews I’ve seen. We have a meeting with wren tomorrow. You pay all the money upfront and this is wrong! They have all our money almost £20k and we have a poor job. Not impressed. Customer service team contact is helpful but I wouldn’t recommend the Luton store or wren to fit your kitchen.”

“Bought our kitchen from bristol store as my husband has been a carpenter for 42 years and has fitted hundreds of kitchens we decided to fit it ourselves all was going ok until none of the drawers would align this has meant taking the drawers apart and putting the runners on straight !!!! It has taken hours of time and we are both very unhappy . We have also had alot of damage to various doors and drawers customer services have assured us that once we finish the kitchen to contact them and they will replace them . Surely they would have been better packaged properly the packing was terrible all the units very covered in thick dust . Think twice about buying a wren kitchen we definitely wont reccomend them to anyone .”

“Wrens have quoted me a £2000Ish for a curved infinity plus corner base unit with 50% discount £1000. Can this price be correct!”

“We have recently purchased a kitchen from Wren, White City Manchester. We are really pleased with the kitchen. The design team at Wren were really helpful. When the kitchen arrived there were a couple of small issues - a chipped board and a faulty door handle. The customer service team were great and immediately sent out replacements without any fuss”

“Lovely showroom, lovely knowledgeable staff but it does not end there does it? You have third parties to contend with and deliveries and fitters can all go wrong and will cost time and money often. The reviews I have read are very varied - and what might help is for every reviewer (from now on) to name the location of the store they bought from and their own location where the installation was completed. I am sure that certain areas get much better fitters than others and having this information might help prospective purchasers knowing the areas to avoid if considering buying a Wren kitchen. I have to admit that presently I am still at the wavering stage.”

“Great service with designer and delivery, and emails. The fitters from the installation company were fantastic, neat, tidy and the units and worktops look amazing. However the bill for the electrical work was, I feel overpriced and I had to demand a breakdown of the invoice more than once to try to make sense of why it was so. It caused me a lot of grief and really took the shine off my beautiful new kitchen. If I did it again I would use my own people.”

“Wrens own installers let the whole process down. Weve had 7 in total. 2 were good the rest, very average. Last lot broke our ceramic sink taking it out to replace worktops that had warped. Not coming back for 3 weeks. Ive no kitchen, no sink, no dishwasher, kettle and bowl... Customer service are useless. Referred to furniture ombudsman.. my advice use your own trusted fitter. Not wrens !!!!!”

“Mmmm.... Look at all the generic 2 or 3 line ‘Anonymous’ amazing reviews.... scroll down and find the 1 and 2* reviews with persons name and detailed issues for a balanced view. I give Wren 1* as there isn’t a zero. Once they have your money they don’t care, flashy showroom, all sales driven.”
