“Extremely hassle free , quality and customer service is superb. Our designer Francois was brilliant, we changed our design several times and nothing was too much hassle for him. We went with the fitting service as well as it was well priced and the fitter Gary was spot on. We can not fault our kitchen or service from Wren. 10/10 all the way”

“Good kitchens but sub standard fitters. Took us over 4 weeks to have our 2.5m x3m kitchen fitted and working because the original fitters made such a hash of it. My advice is: Ask to see work that your alloted fitters have done before they start on yours (wish I'd have taken my own advice). DON'T sign the form the fitter gives you to sign as he's about to walk out of the door unless you have double checked that everything is fitted and working correctly. Otherwise you have no leverage if you find something wrong. We requested that a different team of fitters came out to put right what was wrong. It took the team of two 2 full days (9am - 7pm) to do the job. Had we had them in the first place instead of the original cowboys it would have been a better experience.”

“Amazing kitchen from Wren. It was about 8 months in the planning and the designer was fantastic. Customer service was second to none. Super happy with the final result. Highly recommended. We went for the Milano Elements range.”

“I purchased a wren kitchen recently, I choose the Milano range an absolutely love how it looks. The customer service has been great, nothing has been too much trouble from the designing of it to the delivery and installation. Really pleased we went to the Birstall store, only called in for a look an ended up walking out with a beautiful new kitchen.”

“From design to delivery I can't fault Wren. My delivery slot was between 10 and 11am. It arrived at 10.30. I had a problem with a couple of doors. I spoke to Wrens customer service and replacements were sent the following week. I am really happy with my kitchen”

“I would recommend Wren Kitchens to anyone as I visited quite a few other stores and wasn't impressed like I did with Wren. The service was fantastic and the staff were warm and very helpful. The designer was very patient with us and am thoroughly enjoying my kitchen now. I would highly recommend Wren to anyone.”

“Matt Shaker Infinity range from Wren Rushden Lakes Very well thought out process, from showroom ranges through to final decisions, plenty of opportunity to change plans/colours, worktops and even layouts. We felt the 3D and 360 degree facility to see kitchen in virtual reality really helped. Didn’t feel rushed through the process and although our order was placed close to Christmas, everything was installed before the big day. However, when you are considering the full cost and timescales remember that everything apart from the Wren units needs to be priced / budgeted for separately. Timescales quoted by showroom may be 5 days but it’s very unlikely the whole project will be done that quickly when you consider you factor in plastering, electrics/ plumbing (not included in pricing), any flooring you may choose etc etc. We were very lucky with our appointed fitters (Wren only use sub-contractors approved by them) and there extended team were really good at working round our late changes (cabinet lighting, new floor, change to electrical needs etc) and whole installation process relatively stress free. You will need to plan to be without cooker / sink for at least a week. We did have a couple of damaged panels but Wren HQ sent them via courier within 48 hours.”

“Just delighted with my new Wrens kitchen. Very well made units, wonderful service from all the staff I came in contact with. Bought all new white goods from them as they compare prices with all the top companies & give you it at cheapest comparison. Fitters made a perfect job & last of all the price was so reasonable I replaced all electrical goods with money I saved.”
