“Overall we had a reasonably good experience. Just a few issues with missing parts. The only small complaint was us being asked to source our own missing drain plug as the company that supplied Wren had gone bust.”

“I love my Wren kitchen and constantly receive complements from friends asking me where I got it from. The staff were excellent at every step. Our installer was brilliant and even the delivery drivers who had a small hiccup to overcome were brilliant. I would thoroughly recommend the Tunbridge Wells branch to anyone wanting a new kitchen.”

“VERY IMPRESSED FROM SHOWROOM TO DELIVERY. EXCELLENT SERVICE FROM EVERYONE. WE BOUGHT THE CREAM INFINITY PLUS AND IT LOOKS AMAZING. SUPERB QUALITY AND VERY STYLISH. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND WREN .”

“Wren really helped me & my partner from start to finish they made the process so easy & a pleasure to have designed our kitchen with this company, we were like most working to a budget & when we initially designed the kitchen with Danielle the kitchen planner we thought the appliances & quality of infinity units would be way above our budget! We were suprised to find that not only was we on budget we were actually under budget meaning we were able to add extras to our kitchen including integrated washing machine double sink & upgrade appliances! Kitchen arrived all was perfect with it nothing damaged or missing & delivery time and date was exactly as we were advised the delivery driver even called to let us know how far away he was, would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a smooth kitchen sale! Five stars”

“Awful aftercare. The fitter recommended by them didn’t do a great job. Initially some snagging issues corrected quickly however the redial fitter refused to do some of our requests even though Wren had agreed and sent us the parts!!! Also recently attempted to have my boiler serviced and the plumber could not remove the casing because of the unit fitted by Wren. I didn’t think this would be a problem as they planned and measured our kitchen and you would think they had the knowledge for these problems not to occur. Their solution? To remove the unit and leave the wall around the boiler unfinished. They will refund the cost of the unit but not make good the wall. Also have been waiting 10 months for further remedial work to be completed. When you ask for your issues to be dealt with as a complaint they refuse to pass it on to a manager! Absolute joke. Worst company o have ever dealt with”

“Very helpful staff couldn't do enough for you the transport people were exellent the kitchen has far exceeded our expectations not having bought one for 20 years fantastic quality and everything was there didn't have to phone up because something was missing an overall very good experience recommend them to anyone thanks David MEAKIN”

“Everything went without any sort of problem, from choosing and planning the kitchen in store to the pre fit accurate survey. We were kept fully informed at all stages of the process. Delivery was on time the fitting team of Stuart and Jason were brilliant quick and efficient. We now have a kitchen we are happy to show anyone.”
