“Our kitchen is just beautiful! The service was brilliant from the moment we walked in the shop. Upon delivery, we noticed a small mark on one of the units. We rang customer service who were great and delivered another unit the next day. Would definitely recommend!”

“Very professional and no pressure to buy. they were very patient during the design phase even though we had several design changes. The plans included 3d pictures of our kitchen and the delivery was on time and all items correctly labelled. the A0 plan of the kitchen units matched each delivery of units so no confusion on installation. The quality was as food as the showroom and the kitchen looks amazing, with friends and family very impressed.”

“Brilliant service from the second we walked into store. The kitchen designer was great and we had excellent communication throughout. The kitchen was delivered promptly also. Upon fitting the kitchen, we noticed a small mark on one of our units. We contacted customer services and we had a new one delivered the next working day. Would definitely recommend to anyone, our kitchen is beautiful!”

“Wren kitchens have met all our requirements. We have classic style with a beautiful look and modern practicality. All along the journey from design, delivery and installation, we have not been disappointed. Even when we had a couple of snagging issues, they were resolved in good time and very efficiently. However, I have to say that the initial reporting of these was somewhat pedantic - but heh! nobody’s perfect!!!”

“Wren were excellent from start to finish. The customer service we received was brilliant. We had a problem with delivery but it was soon sorted out once we rang customer services. The quality of our kitchen is excellent and have had so many compliments. I would highly recommend Wren to anyone shopping for there dream kitchen.”

“Nice kitchen with secure doors etc. Delivery was made on time and service was good. Only issue was missing parts for a cabinet but these were sent very quickly when Wren were contacted. Would recommend.”

“Despite our original kitchen designer leaving Wren before we finalised our designs we found that the service was fantastic throughout. The designers were knowledgeable and identified potential issues and offered sensible advise. Our only gripe was that the delivery men who brought the kitchen into the house were very muddy and did not put down any protection. Thankfully they did not cause any lasting damage. We were supply only (as we found fitting costs to be expensive and had a lot of other work to be done) so I cannot comment on the Wren fitters, but everything on the plan was delivered as described.”

“Ordered a new kitchen from wren from start to finish we were very happy with the treatment we recieved. The design we wanted was planned to what we wanted the sales person was very helpul and we could change anything we wanted to. The order was delivered on the date agreed overall we was really pleased with wren .”

“From walking into the Wren showroom we found the service to be exceptional. All staff that we dealt with were extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. Whe n it came to the installation our fitter James was incredibly competent and really took the time to make sure we were satisfied with everything. We would certainly recommend Wren and would use them again.”
