“The showroom is lovely - it does a good job of displaying everything you might need. The staff are friendly and really helpful but not pushy. We opted to use our own installers and the plan we got through the post is really good (according to our electrician, plumber and carpenter). I would recommend Wren to anyone. I haven't had the need to contact Wren about anything as yet.”

“Wren service was second to none. I had my kitchen delivered 2 weeks ago and the service from start to finish was superb. We changed alot of elements; measurements, appliances and add ons and wren took it all in their stride. Our sales designer josh at the farnborough store was absolutely brillant and couldnt do enough for us. The price and the service particularly the Virtual reality stuff was really top drawer. I'd heard some negative things about timescales for wren fitters so we used our own. Wren even let us redesign our original plan after having a builder remove a wall. I would recommend wren to anyone.”

“Wren have been amazing! We are in love with our new kitchen. Knowledgeable staff when designing our kitchen, delivery was great and everything went together with ease (fitted ourselves). Would defiantly recommend wren to anyone!”

“From the initial designing, through the survey to delivery and then fitting we could not fault Wren Kitchens in any way. All Wren staff and their independent fitter were knowledgeable and professional and made the transition from old kitchen to fabulous new one pain free. Numerous, excellent choices. Thank you Wren”

“I used the Tunbridge Wells branch on this occasion and my order was relatively modest, however I was treated as a really valued customer. I have bought Wren kitchens before so I knew the quality was great, but the customer service matches it.”

“We bought a wren kitchen 5 years ago. It’s aged well so we turned to them when extending our kitchen - their designers Were very helpful And guiding us to the additional units that we needed. They came and measured It to be sure that everything would fit perfectly, which It did. Very happy customers”

“So far Wren have been fantastic. The designer in the Norwich showroom was superb and his attention to detail to deliver a kitchen which meets our needs was superb. He was very open and honest about what would work in our kitchen and didn't just try and sell us the most expensive features in each instance. The communication from the Wren showroom following our visit has been great and just enough to make us feel that if we have any issues we can contact them right away. We feel that we are getting great value for money from Wren, both from a financial perspective and from a service perspective from people who really enjoy what they do. Wren have been extremely flexible and enabled us to reserve our kitchen in the January sales but wait to install it until later in the year until other works have been completed. You can be upfront with them and explain your situation and they have repeatedly worked to our timeframes without being pushy. So far a great experience with Wren.”
