“From the initial designing, through the survey to delivery and then fitting we could not fault Wren Kitchens in any way. All Wren staff and their independent fitter were knowledgeable and professional and made the transition from old kitchen to fabulous new one pain free. Numerous, excellent choices. Thank you Wren”

“I used the Tunbridge Wells branch on this occasion and my order was relatively modest, however I was treated as a really valued customer. I have bought Wren kitchens before so I knew the quality was great, but the customer service matches it.”

“We bought a wren kitchen 5 years ago. It’s aged well so we turned to them when extending our kitchen - their designers Were very helpful And guiding us to the additional units that we needed. They came and measured It to be sure that everything would fit perfectly, which It did. Very happy customers”

“So far Wren have been fantastic. The designer in the Norwich showroom was superb and his attention to detail to deliver a kitchen which meets our needs was superb. He was very open and honest about what would work in our kitchen and didn't just try and sell us the most expensive features in each instance. The communication from the Wren showroom following our visit has been great and just enough to make us feel that if we have any issues we can contact them right away. We feel that we are getting great value for money from Wren, both from a financial perspective and from a service perspective from people who really enjoy what they do. Wren have been extremely flexible and enabled us to reserve our kitchen in the January sales but wait to install it until later in the year until other works have been completed. You can be upfront with them and explain your situation and they have repeatedly worked to our timeframes without being pushy. So far a great experience with Wren.”

“Very Good experience from design through to delivery. After sales Customer Service was excellent. Couple of minor issues but they were resolved quickly and stress free. My husband is a kitchen fitter who says the quality of product is far superior to other popular retailers. Pretty pleased all round!”

“Nothing but praise for Wren Kitchens In late summer 2018, I ordered a kitchen from Wren for my new house, which I was planning to share with my husband and a disabled relative. After much deliberation and redesign work by Ross at the Glasgow branch of Wren, I finally decided on the Handleless range in Cashmere. Having paid my deposit and scheduled a delivery date, I changed my mind yet again - albeit due to factors outwith my control. They showed great patience and compassion when I explained that the delay in finalising my order was in relation to the other works required to fully accommodate wheelchair access in my new home, From start to finish Wren went above and beyond and showed immense consideration for my troubles with the other work being undertaken, Upon finalising the order, Wren communicated in a timely fashion about delivery dates and times and everything ran according to plan. I would be remiss if I didn't take a moment to praise the two delivery drivers. Not only did they work exceptionally hard, they were two of the most pleasant and courteous delivery drivers I've ever come across. Lastly, the kitchen is beautiful and well worth every penny spent!”

“Designer assigned to us was patient in the many changes we made to our design. He was knowledgeable and helpful to us in making decisions and was a great help. Delivery was quick and stress free. We had a few small fitting issues but nothing Wrens wasn’t happy to help with! Would highly recommend!”
