“We cannot recommend Wren enough. Always helpful and from the design to the fitting if the kitchen they have been amazing. We did have 2 damaged items but were ordered immediately and delivered within a week and fitted straight away. Excellent service and we could not be happier with our new kitchen.”

“Wren gave us a brilliant experience, from our first visit to the showroom to the completion of my new kitchen. designing our kitchen was hassle free and easy. Engineers came out and measured our kitchen the same day and we designed the kitchen the next with a professional kitchen designer who made sure our kitchen suited our needs. I hold no reservations in recommending my designer Joseph Evans who designed our perfect kitchen. Delivery was prompt with good communication throughout and we received everything undamaged. The kitchen feels high quality and modern. We are very happy with wren and would recommend them to anyone! 32925896”

“A great product, high quality units. Very happy with my kitchen and utility room. Fantastic service from the initial survey , then the design and order service in store and the delivery from Wren . “We had a brilliant experience with wren, design was easy and straightforward. We changed our minds re colour and that wasn't too much trouble, our kitchen was booked in promptly and was due to be delivered during lockdown. Again wren did not let us down, it arrived no issues, nothing missing and our own joiner fitted hassle free a few weeks after lockdown opened up. I love my kitchen great quality, some nice finishings that I hadn't even considered and overall faultless. I would highly recommend wren and the Stirling branch staff.”

“From the start I had nothing but a very good experience with Wren. Their designer Tatiana was absolutely great and really understood what we had envisaged. It was handled extremely well considering this happened right in the middle of lockdown which halted my build and delivery of kitchen. Product was excellent too really happy with our kitchen. It was a shame that Tatiana was furloughed for the final part of our completion.”

“Great experience. Purchased a kitchen from White City, Clara designed our kitchen, Jack substituted in lockdown for final design and finance etc. Installer Steve of Godley hill developments did a fine job with his team. Job well done!”

“It is nearly 3 years since I got the new Wren Kitchen from the Southend branch. Most of you would have seen reviews of new kitchen installations, but here I ma giving you a review after 3 years. I am very pleased with my kitchen, The quality is very good and I have had no concerns or quality issues at all. Yes the kitchen is supposed to last at least 15-20 years as a minimum, but I am sure it will last ages. Thank You wren.”

“Had our Kitchen installed just over 4yrs ago. We noticed a month or so ago that on the bottom of 2 of the cabinet doors, the melamine (the door covering) was peeling away. Shocked at this because of the relatively short time with had the kitchen, I remembered Wrens promise of 20yrs guarantee on all cabinets they make. So I phoned them up and explained what had happened to the doors, the young man I spoke to asked me to take some photos of the affected areas and send them to him by email. After doing this, the young man then explained he would pass on the photos to the quality team to investigate and he would get back to me when he hears back from them. A little less than 2 weeks later, I received an email from the same person I was speaking to on the phone......This is the response I got back from Wrens... “I have spoke with our quality control team and have been advised that it looks like the door fronts have been effected by harsh cleaning solutions or neat bleach which have caused damage to the door front. Due to the reasons outlined above, this would not be covered by the Wren warranty.” How do they come up with that decision based on a few photos? And if this were the case, why are only 2 doors affected? We would be having the problem with all the doors if this was the problem. For the record, we only wipe down our doors with a damp sponge with a tiny bit of washing up liquid on, then we wipe it over with a dry cloth. I’ve come to the conclusion that this 20yr guarantee on cabinet doors is nothing more than a sham. It’s there to fool people (like myself) to buy their product with the peace of mind, that if a fault did go wrong with the cabinets you buy through no fault of your own, then it will be covered for up to 20yrs. But the facts are, you report a fault and they make up any excuse to get away with out doing anything about it. You live and learn and I’ve learnt, never to step foot into a Wren building again. Will I buy from them again...OH NO Will I recommend them...HELL NO”
