“Our experience with Wren was first class from the beginning to the end. Our kitchen was due to arrive a week after lockdown so we weren't optimistic about getting it however, this didn't stop them from delivering- not only on time- but they also followed social distancing,aswell as making sure they wore protective gloves to prevent any cross contamination. The after care team were also top class at making sure that we were happy with everything and couldn't do enough to make sure our experience was enjoyable. I would highly recommend Wren for anyone looking for beautiful kitchens and quality service.”

“Although I love my kitchen, the fronts of the cupboards and doors are not durable and scratch and chip so easily. Unfortunately we bought a dark grey and therefore when they damage, the undercoat which is white and shows through dreadfully. Why could this not be the same colour? We have been so careful too. We wanted this as a family space so once lockdown is over and the grandchildren arrive I dread to think what it will look like. This kitchen cost a lot of money and I am very pleased with the design and layout but really the unit fronts I don’t feel are really fit for everyday life. I would not buy this again.”

“Excellent experience throughout. Easy and enjoyable design, good communication throughout whole process. Fitted with almost no issues, a couple of pieces needed to be changed, situation rectified in no time. The end result is well made and absolutely beautiful, I love being in my new kitchen.”

“Brilliant service from start to finish. Showroom staff at Chester, especially Matt were brilliant. He designed our kitchen and gave us some really good ideas. Nathan the kitchen installer did a 1st class job. With attention to detail checking and rechecking everything. Even delivery of our kitchen was exactly when they said it would be,right down to the time. I would definitely recommend Wren to everyone.”

“Having had a previous very good experience with Wren we decided that we would go back to them . From start to finish it was very exciting and easy to plan , they were with me all the way with helpful suggestions and I can truly say I love my kitchen”

“Excellent service from start to finish . Excellent customer service with the kitchen planner and description of units and appliances we were purchasing . All order was delivered correctly on date arranged , even during the difficult time of covid - 19. Correct guidelines were given for delivery following government guidelines. Over the moon with my kitchen and would highly recommend.”

“Good quality and good value for money. service in the store was to a high standard. units came already assembled. when there was a problem customer services sorted out quickly and efficiently. we are very pleased with quality and finnished product. Sam our personal co ordinator was excellant.”

“32930352 we are extremely happy with our kitchen. Our Wren installer was invaluable as a project manager , organising the other trades,plasterer,floor tiler and electrician, ensuring everything ran on time .We are particularly pleased with the attention to detail and customer service. We would recommend Wren.”
