“The customer service was very good when purchasing my kitchen. The product looks good and suits my needs. Only problem I have had is with fitters - not that reliable and still 6 months later still waiting for them to come back for one job and also fix an issue!”

“Great item very well boxed to protect cabinets . Delivery was on time and kitchen was great value for money . Show room was large and the person who helped design our kitchen was great and certainly helped design our beautiful kitchen could not recommend them enough .”

“I have left a few reviews for Wren Kitchens, all of which have been very good. However, since my kitchen has been fitted, I am a little disappointed with the after service. Our kitchen was fitted at the end of July and we are still waiting for our Cooker Hood to be fixed (we can't use it), promises aren't kept. We are also still waiting for another job to be fixed, which again, after a couple of phone calls and emails, Wren Kitchens failed to even know what we were on about. We are still waiting for this to be fixed. The service from the kitchen designer and fitters was fantastic but the after care isn't proving to be as efficient.”

“Our kitchen has now been installed over 5 months now still as brivht and fresh as the first day drawers and cupboards doors all true no bad movements the build quality of the Wren premium kitchens is second to none still delighted and a pleasure to walk into nice comments from friends and family”

“From simply being welcomed into the showroom I knew that Wren was the place to buy my dream kitchen. A young girl welcomed us in and helped us look round and estimate the price of our new kitchen. We had a design done using our own measurements but a surveyor came out to make sure everything was correct. I expected this to cost something as I'd already been into the showroom but it was all free!! She was lovely and got on with measuring and it was no inconvenience at all. Back in the showroom the following week and our designer was a star. She gave lots of great advice and used her expertise to help us chose what was right for us. Couldn't have been better. Paid my deposit and got everything started. There was lots of communications which some people might find annoying but the lady at customer service was patient and helpful and said she was just wanting to make sure our delivery times and everything were right for us so I couldn't see this as a bad thing. Some companies ignore you too much, Wren made me a feel valued. Delivery was smooth and they brought it to exactly where I asked, it wasn't left outside like some other companies do (our sofa for example!!) I didn't use Wren installation but I really wish I had. I appreciate this is a review for Wren but my fitter didn't do a great job and my gorgeous kitchen could have been ruined if I hadn't been more aware of what was happening. Looking back I would have definitely taken up installation as well. I guess you really do get what you pay for. Overall, I can't recommend Wren enough. Yes they are in a very competitive market but I trust them. You can always find bad reviews about any company but Wren have made my kitchen experience perfect. If I ever need another kitchen I will definitely be coming back and I will 100% recommend them to anyone.”

“The service we had from the start was 1st class. The girls in store couldnt do more for us. Not only did they beat our quote, they also improved our design and included some extras. We couldnt be happier with our kitchen”
