“Was happy with our kitchen from Wren. The staff at the branch were very pleasant and helpful with us in planning our kitchen. We liked their choice of units and materials better than the other national kitchen retailers we visited. The only grumble was, with the initial price given to us which was extortionate, but which was quickly withdrawn and a more sensible one offered. They reduced the initial price by about £10K when we questioned why it was so expensive. This made us think they were trying it on to see if we would pay a silly amount first before reducing the price to a more sensible amount. The approved fitter they used was pleasant and did a good job. The only other grumble since having our kitchen fitted was that we’ve found the draining board scratches easily despite best efforts to look after it. Other than that quite happy with our Wren kitchen.”

“We decided the time had come to upgrade our kitchen. We decided to go with Wren and visited the showroom. The staff were very friendly and we had great service from the planner. He had some great ideas. We love the kitchen and my favourite is the deep drawers which are great for pans and cutlery would definitely use again”

“My overall experience of Wren has been amazing, having heard a few bad stories I went in with trepidation but from the moment we walked into the showroom to completion of the kitchen Wren have been great. I have had to ring up a few times about a couple of issues (mostly mine, a couple of changes to the design leaving left over parts) they have been terrific. I havent had to queue when ringing, and the staff have been wonderfully helpful. I would recommend them without hesitation. I will caveat that I used my own fitters.”

“Excellent service from ordering the kitchen to delivery, prep work and fitting. Everything was on time, fitters were excellent....perfect job installing the kitchen.....and after service customer care also first class. Slight, almost unnoticeable blemish on one cabinet door.....but new door ordered and professionally fitted quickly!!”

“The customer service was very good when purchasing my kitchen. The product looks good and suits my needs. Only problem I have had is with fitters - not that reliable and still 6 months later still waiting for them to come back for one job and also fix an issue!”

“Great item very well boxed to protect cabinets . Delivery was on time and kitchen was great value for money . Show room was large and the person who helped design our kitchen was great and certainly helped design our beautiful kitchen could not recommend them enough .”
