They were here for 4 hours and at $120 per hour it had to end. I hope next time I can get a bit more done. Haven’t checked my oven or microwave yet. Hope it’s done. I will use Molly maids again. “They have a bad management. They exploit their employees. The maids were too tired by the time they arrived that they did a bad job. They didn't clean the shoeer, neither the tiles and nor the medicine cabinet. They were too much in a hurry to go to the next client.”
“Was a Move-in cleaning job. I am deeply disappointed and somewhat irate. Should have been a straightforward cleaning job. Instead, they did not give me a chance to inspect the cleaning and rushed out!
Unfortunately, I did not notice right away BUT saw later on that the kitchen shelves were left extremely dirty. They were not even wiped, and it was obvious that they got skipped along with many other areas including the Backsplash, where marks could still be seen from drips during cooking. Seems they left in a hurry. The floors should have been mopped, but were merely swept.
So called "Lead cleaner" had an attitude. She basically did NOT do the job she was hired to do. Plus she also essentially misinformed me that she cleaned everything!! This turned out to be a lie.
I was told she was an experienced Lead cleaner, and definitely she acted like she was better than anyone else! , but frankly she was very rude, and did not communicate well at all.
The company did not follow up with me... specially as I was a new customer.
I definitely will NOTrecommend them.”
