“What went wrong is that I left a toaster and cleaning supplies behind when we left with our movers we had no room left for anything in our vehicle, I knew I was going back the next day as I was going to do a walk through with the cleaners. Once I did the walk through we left not remembering because of being so busy about the stuff I left behind because my stuff wasn’t there any longer
I then realized I didn’t have my things as I started to unpack and then I remembered so I reached out to my contact and she said she investigated and nobody took anything, well they obviously did because it was only myself and the 3 cleaners that had access to our property

“Team 11, Carina and Nancy were wonderful. They worked up and down, around, under, in front of, in back of, and in areas where I would not have thought of! Both women got into spaces that might have only been room for a small snail to crawl into. They were extremely polite, quite comfortable to talk to, and friendly in their manner. Carina and Nancy did an unbelievably excellent job in a large house of which I could not handle. My sister, my brother, and I truly adore the results of their labor. We are actually going to request Team 11 each month.”
“Buyer beware!! Way overpriced for the service provided, I ordered a moveout cleaning, so the house was 97% empty. The lack of attention to obvious detail was almost embarrassing. Blinds started but not finished. Doors, door jams, light switches not even touched. As it was a moveout order it was the last thing I had done before moving away so I finished the cleaning myself. Went to pay the bill and the only compensation they offer is to come in and redo what they neglected. Someone else was moving in, I didn't have that luxury. Should have employed a private party...”

“If I could give negative stars, I would. We tried cancelling service the night before it was scheduled because my inlaws were in town. We have a big, barky dog so I always take her to dog day care when the ladies come. This time, I didnt’ because we cancelled. Or so I thought. The team showed up as I was leaving for work. I told them we had cancelled. They left inside of 5 mins after arriving. Still got charged. I called dispatch. They said they wouldn’t refund. I asked to speak to the supervisor. The receptionist said the supervisor would call back. The supervisor never did. I called back a week later. Got the same song and dance. I again asked to speak to a supervisor and said if they were unable to refund the fee I would take my business elsewhere. They called back, but I was at work and they were scheduled to do a cleaning the next day, so I wanted to wait until after the crew came to cancel because I was concerned about shenanigans. The crew never came. I called back and the dispatcher said they didn't arrive because I threatened to terminate service. I then cancelled the service. This was after another instance where I asked to reschedule a service they charged me for and they never came, despite me taking the dog out of the house for three days.
Lousy customer service. We’ve been customers for years. There are lots of reputable cleaning services out there. Do yourself a favor and choose another one. Molly Maids doesn’t care about customers. At all.”
