“I will NEVER use this service again! Three ladies came, one was on her phone playing a game while she was supposed to be cleaning the kitchen. She was lazy and didn't fully clean the fridge. $89/hour (4.5) hours total for not even half way good service. The staff talked to each other the entire time.So extremely disappointed! Very poor job!”

“I have a regular maid come to my home however, every year she takes time to visit her home in Europe and that is when I use Molly Maids. Recently Maria and Nelly cleaned the house, it was their first time here and they came in went right to work did a great job and were gone. You can tell they all have the same training as what to do so unless you have something special to have them do, the job is done no instructions needed. When my maid retires I already know where to go to make sure my home is taken care of how I like.
The crews I have used are all on time, bring all their own equipment and all their own safe cleaners,making it all so simple”
“Laura and Brianne do a fantastic job on my house every time they come. I missed my scheduled two week cleaning (due to my schedule) and it was pretty dirty! I left to do errands and when I came home it was sparkling! They are great to work with! Can’t say enough about how satisfied we are! Ps- they really deserve a raise!”
“Worst cleaning service I've ever encountered! I would not recommend this company ever. Hardwood floors had a film all over it. Did not clean my toilet in my bathroom. Mirror in living room not touched. 3 hours of cleaning at $90.an hour, I'd expected at least those things shine. They dont do dishes as it, and I guess not toilets either. Unbelievable how bad the lady in charge was. She should not be cleaning for a living. Again Were talking $90. An hour. I paid for 3 hours, and my house looked awful. Very upsetting, as I have cleaned houses myself. Unbelievable!!!”
