Not sure if the problem was because by mistake they didnt have my service confirmed. So they were very "kind" and find a team that can attend my service, but they were not informed of what was expected from them. I throw away +300 usd.

“This is one of the worst cleaning companies I have ever came across. They do lousy work first and foremost , they do not come on time for another, and the customer service people are rude like they don't care if you are a customer or not!! Wow its ridiculous! Sorry Molly maid Definately not worth the price! Straight junk. And of course this review will be deleted i get that but hopefully at least a few people see this before it happens ! If I can get even one customer to keep from being raked over the coals thats a win!”

“Absolutely horrible!! We have had great success hiring cleaners in the past, but this company is awful! After a couple of months of mediocre and inconsistent cleanings, we came home to a huge stain on our ceiling! The cleaners denied any part of it, but an external contractor and plumber both confirmed, the stain was from a knocked bucket in our master bathroom. Upon reaching out to the manager, we were told they would not take any responsibility for the damage, forcing us to seek legal support. Do NOT HIRE this company for your home!!”

“I thought it would be a great idea to use a professional cleaning service while my maid was on maternity leave. Big mistake because the crew was not interested in quality cleaning. I have a 48,000 square foot house and 2 women were in and out in 45 minutes. I called to give the company a list of everything they missed ( like, cleaning my house). They offered me a $20 discount on next service. I was very disappointed and will never use them again”
