“HORRIBLE!! It was a terrible experience. All they care about is the money. I made a bad decision to go with them. The cleaning team cleaned my 3 bedroom, 2 bath house in less than 30 minutes. They came for 5 times after the initial cleaning and each time the work was less than the time before. NEVER agree to the coupon of $100.00 off. I had to pay this after five times of their coming. This company is clever in the way they set up their business and the service is VERY expensive. It was very foolish of me to waste my money and time on them. I cannot begin to say how disappointed and expensive to get away from them that this experience has been. Do not use this company.”
“Good for the last two years, but something has changed. Two months ago there was a mixup with the cleaning appointment. The cleaners came at the wrong time, several hours early. They could not be let in at that time. They left, not to return that day. The following day, unannounced, one cleaner returned to clean. Unfortunately, the house was totally unavailable. The cleaner left. Since then we have called the local manager, usually a professional and reliable person, to discuss the issue. After three attempts over the last several weeks to reach the manager we have had no call back to our left messages. We have no idea if there is a business problem or if for some obscure reason they no longer want us as customers. Either way, we are currently seeking another cleaning service. Failing to hear from them in the next two weeks, they will have permanently lost us as their customer.”

These ladies were wonderful they were friendly and very through very hard working, my apartment gleamed and smelled so clean. I will ask for these ladies the next time I call.”
