“Esther and Ma:Elena (Team #4) of Molly Maid Bloomingdale, IL did an excellent job. Our Mother recently passed away so we had a move out cleaning before we sell her two bedroom, one bathroom condo. Right from the start with Esperanza over the phone we received great service. We called Thursday and made arrangements for them to arrive the next day (11:30 a.m. to l:30 p.m.; they arrived 12:17 p.m. and worked three hours, for both $90 x 3 = $270 - $20 discount = $250 Total). Also, because we were going to have rug cleaners come the following Monday I thought vacuuming would not be needed and would save time, and had convinced my brother-in-law and sister of this. But, as Esperanza pointed out it came with the service and would not take long as both brought vacuum cleaners (as well as the necessary cleaning supplies). In addition to vacuuming, they wiped down all the baseboards, swept and cleaned all the floors, scrubbed the bathtub (I had asked Esther if anything could be done about black marks between some of the tiles above the bathtub, she said she would try bleaching them which she did), scrubbed toilet, cleaned sinks and counter tops, cabinets and drawers (inside and out), cleaned kitchen appliances (microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and oven (best that could be done), dusted everything (including three ceiling fans). Very satisfied. Deserve 5 stars!”

On Thursday they didn’t clean half our cabinets in the kitchen and they missed a ceiling fan. There was also a lot of dust on the top of our doors dog hair on the wall. We called them back and expressed our frustration. We were told they could come back and fix it the next day. We were out of town Friday and they couldn’t come later than 3:00 Monday or Tuesday. ( we work both days until later.)
My Fiance’s day off is Thursday and they told us we couldn’t wait until then because we could mess the house up again and they are running a business. I offered to send in pictures verifying it is messy now and employee on the phone acted irritated. We were reluctant to let them come Friday without us being home, but we were told they would bring a quality manager to ensure a good job.
They came Friday and spilled a giant bucket of filthy water on our newly cleaned carpets. ( We used ezclean and Allan was incredible.) They didn’t notify us so we found it on Saturday. It is Sunday morning and still wet. Never use this joke of a company. Warn everyone you know to not use this company.
They also failed to clean food particles out of multiple cabinets. Read the other negative reviews before using this company. They also broke apart our Daughter’s nightlight and scattered it across the house.”
“I have a large 4 bedroom home. I effectively used Molly Maid's service to professionally deep clean in a reasonable amount of time by presenting an organized interior. Shirley and Kyndle knew right away what their jobs were, ceiling fans, baseboards, showers, mirrors ect, ect. They were done in two and a half hours. Molly Maids are truly pros. They will be cleaning for me regularly.”

“Yesterday a two-person crew (team #11) from Molly Maid Aurora-Naperville came to give the initial "deep clean" service to my two bedroom, two bath condo. The team was diligent, hard-working, thorough, and spent to the full promised appointment time doing a near perfect job (I only found one surface they didn't dust and only noticed because I had anticipated this hard-to-reach area being cleaned professionally). I have signed up for the every 4 weeks service and if it continues like this, it is totally worth the price.”
