I love the shirt but it’s much more brown rather than the purple it looks in the pictures. I got the aerie distressed v-neck oversized boyfriend t-shirt in the color relic.

I live in one city and went to another go shopping with my daughter at Aerie as a treat for her birthday. We spent over $100 and later we discovered that the store didn't remove the security tags. Not to mention the people weren't very nice or helpful in the store. After speaking with Jack at corporate I was told I would have to drive all the way back to have the tags removed. And the only thing they could offer for my gas, time and trouble was a 25% coupon. I simply asked if I could send the items back in and they could send the same items out in the mail. I do work a job and live in a different city and gas is very costly. In short the only resolve would be for me to drive all the way back for the tags to be removed and get a comp of a coupon so I could spend more money with a company that doesn't seem to care about their customers time or store experience. Not one person has seemed to care. And apparently the security tags are a joke, they never even went off.

I Ordered a pair of pants for my daughter on February 6. Was told I would be getting it within 2 to 5 business days. It’s now February 22 and I still don’t have the pair of pants. When I called the store to ask about the status the girl was very rude and had horrible customer service. The girls name I spoke with was America. Basically she said she couldn’t help me and she couldn’t refund me back the money. I asked to speak to someone higher than herself and she said she wasn’t working at the moment. When I asked her what her supervisors name was she tells me I can’t give it to you. I am super upset and will never shop at the Ingram store again. America needs a training on customer. She had a horrible attitude!!!!!!!!

Worst site to get refund It’s been more than a month and I have still not yet got my refund and on top there is no response back to the email

Super great customer service. There return policy is better than lulus at this point. Everyone is always kind, seem happy to help, and I love there clothes. There price seems to be pretty reasonable for a brand name, especially when it’s on sale or you have a rewards program.

I have called three times and still have to call once more to get my rewards account fixed the right way people have made things so difficult just to switch an e mail that was under my husband's with my phone number and I'm his wife lol so after three times on the phone and once in a store I'm also got my 25 dollars that I deserve for shopping there i just thought I'd let other customers know to be very careful when u sign up for the reward program cause it is extremely difficult to get it fixed if u sign up wrong .

I bought the Offline real me high waisted leggings and they are so soft!! The package came safely without a scratch. LOVE AE so much !

Been shopping here for years! I’m usually able to get amazing deals because there is almost always good deals going on! Clothes have great quality and fit fairly well. Would buy the whole selection if I could!

my experience with american eagle has been great throughout the years. i am a 5’3 151 pound curvy female, i have gone up sizes and several times since i’m growing and all their bottoms fit great. their tops are absolutely adorable and their swimsuits are amazing. i have 2 super cute swimsuits from ae and they fit perfectly

I paid $60 for shorts that arrived clearly used. There was a bunch of sand in both pockets, and the tags were ripped off and clearly sewn back on. When I called customer service the rep had a mocking tone and said I couldn't exchange them and they wouldn't provide me with shipping materials- just a shipping label. A billion dollar clothing corporation tries to scam me by selling me obviously used clothes, and there is no explanation and no free exchange? The customer service rep also rudely hung up on me.

On Friday 5/7/21, at the Westfarms mall, Shendrika, Gabby, and Julie helped me a lot. They were genuine about their feedback and helped me to find a good pair of jeans. The customer service between them were amazing and I can’t wait to come back to shop again!

I was sent used jeans without tags. The jeans smelled like strong perfume and had noticeable friction in the crotch. Now I’m stuck dealing with their mistake and have to return them. Just so furious that no one in customer service seems to care about how gross this is. I spoke to 3 people. The best resolution I could get is send it back deal with it and a 25% off coupon.

I bought underwear that stretched out so much after one wash that they didn't fit anymore. The Aerie website says nothing about needing to keep the tags on clothing for returns - all it says is that you just need to have your receipt in order to get a full refund. I tried calling the store and spoke with the manager to confirm that I could return them. The manager said that since they had been washed, I could not return them unless I had approve from customer service. I then spoke with customer service, who told me it was up to the store manager to approve or not approve returns! Customer service was so poor that the agent I spoke with just logged out of the conversation before I could even ask questions. So now I spent money on underwear that didn't fit, with no way to return them, and wasted my time. I won't shop here again.

Let’s talk about their female jeans. If you every felt that you think too highly of yourself and needed a way to be humbled quickly, buy a pair in the size you think you are/what you normally take. After trying on a size 4 which has the same waist sizing as my size 2s, I never felt like starving myself the way looking in that mirror made me. Moose knuckle and all.

Here's my email to customer service and below is their response:Hi-I called Customer service and was referred to this email to report a problem with the quality of men's tee shirts. I purchased several tees 2 years ago, and followed the washing directions carefully. Over this time, the AE tees have faded, there are holes near the embroidered AE logo, and the necklines are stretched out. This is in comparison to LL Bean and Lands End tee shirts, purchased at the same time, and those brands have worn very well. I ordered a pair of jeans here and I received them damaged! I have contacted AE and they just keep saying they will send up to replacement to see if I can get a replacement pair and I never hear back! If you have a damaged pair of jeans and can’t get anyone to answer, I’d find a new place to shop. They have lost me as a customer and I buy at least 6 pairs a month! I’m sad about not having them as a store of my preference but I’m tired of being fucked!

I ordered a set of masks and one of them was sent to me with blood on it. I set up a chat with them and they told me I had my billing address completely wrong, which is impossible. So I called them and I was ups have to return the bloody mask for them to do anything. I’m not returning a mask and going through all of that because you sent me a bloody mask. Just inconsiderate and not a good experience.
