I buy from them since 5 years, when I received my stuff it's ok, but around 40% of the product i bought on this site I never received. You have to open a dispute after 2 months from the order, wait a weeks or more to have a refund for something that cost under $5 that's a pain... Not sure that I will continue to shop on this site...

Product I ordered is not what I received paid 32 dollars and was offered a 2 dollar refund it’s extremely difficult to get in contact with seller in short they took my money and I have no way to get it back don’t waste your tome and money with this company

1 - 35% to 40% of the product i bought on your site i never received. 2 - when i place an order the minute i authorise the payment the screen with all the order info disappear, u don't have a chance to save the screen for future reference. 3 - in couples of days when u send a notification u mention the order number without relating it to the product i bought. 4 - minimum product information. ordered parts in Feb...site said 30 -35 days for delivery...here is is middle of May and still have nothing...tried to contact them but my time ran out on when I can complain...so no product no refund just out the money...TOTALLY TOTALLY TOTALLY DO NOT RECOMMEND PURCHASING FROM THIS SITE...run...Run far far away and don't look back

I purchased corner brackets with 10 in each package but when it arrived there were only 5 in each. I contacted the seller and got the responses that they put a wrong number in the title and it SHOULD BE 5. And he asked me to "forget his mistake". He refused to ship me another half or refund. The reality is, all sellers I shopped around all offer 10 pcs in each package and I randomly picked this one which approved to be a wrong decision. No more purchase from sellers without credibility like this! Stay away from those random sellers as you won't be able to hold them accountable for anything.

Really bad service, bought curtains from here for over €17 the seller asked for quantity i selected one as i presumed like anyone buying from a supposedly reasonable website that the cost advertised would be for 2 curtains essentially 1 packed of curtains. Arrived and only one curtain came i disputed it as it was outrageous cost for one curtain and got no satisfaction as i couldn't even understand what the man was saying as it made no sense - will not be using this website again as it is unclear and expensive for the quality of what you get. Customer service is shocking WISH is a must better website and the customer service is excellent as they always ensure that their customers are happy with the product and if there is a problem they always rectify.

Was never sent the proper amount of "diamonds" to complete my painting!! Given the run around whenever I talk to a person or a robot!! Tired of the run around! If there is an issue with language maybe we we should stop ordering from AliExpress!!

I bought 6 items from this site, i only received 5. I have beenntrying to get my money back or my item, and i have not been successful. Please do nit buy from them. Modt of it is a scam

customer service sucks. they're extremely rude and do not have any intention to help you. the site keeps glitching and especially sucks on my phone. it keeps translating to Russian even though I can't understand Russian. the prices r great and seem like a deal but you'll probably never get your package.

Don’t order from aliexpress, they don’t give you what you ordered. I ordered something on August 31 2018 and it is still yet to come and it has been almost a year.

This wet site is a scam. There is not customer service. I have been tossed around and around, than spoke to Robot that can not solve any problem. Than got send back to the same questionnaires web pages again and again. Can't even get to page for me to send an email. no live chat, only robot live chat lol. I have not finish my dispute yet and it got cancel. The sell purposely sent broken product and claimed that the shipping carrier broke it and don't what to refund money. Please don't do business on the website again. SCAM

Very difficult to chat with human or anyone on their website. They now have a very long window for items to arrive, over 60-70 days in many cases. Website can be difficult to follow, navigate and understand regarding the lack of transparency with their dispute process mechanism. They make you wait until the very last day to open up a dispute, but then you can't because it's automatically closed. It's a vicious circle The only way is to try to contact them by chat before the expiration date. Dispute process is extended an additional 5 days for the seller to respond. Strong language barrier with Aliexpress reps. Not recommended. I suggest Dealextreme. I also suggest filing your dispute with your credit card company, not AliExpress for items not received on the 31st day when your order was sent out.

Do not by from aliexpress! I ordered a mint gan air Rubik’s cube that I paid 40 fricken dollars for and all I got was a stand that didn’t even go with the cube. They don’t even give you full customer service and they did not give me what I ordered.
