one of the seller didnt ship my item when I asked him to resend me one he asked me to purchase some thing and he will send them togother no refund no resend and i need to complain I have to talk to roboot , and what ever I said , Roboot has the same answere no customer service no phnoe to talk to some one , no live chat so when you lose your money , you cant get them back

Very slow postal service. Tracking update will take months time. Communication process is not so easy. Mostly will not receive the ordered item. I have ordered 4 items but only received 1.

Do not buy anything from beautiful co Ltd. They are a RIP off and a scammer. I bought 3 items from them and never got any of them after numerous texts with the seller who asked me to wait 20 more days after I had already waited 5 months he promised me I would receive my items and of course I never received them. I asked for a refund only to be told I waited to long and was no longer able to dispute the order.

I used to shop here all the time but no more I just lost a 100 for shoes that never showed up,because I cant prove they did not get here,it was Canada post fault they lost them but I still have to pay,buyer beware

The products sold on this website seems inexpensive and attractive but be aware that they have very cheap qualities. For instance, I bought a UV lamp for gel nail for personal use and it didn’t last me even 2 months. I even couldn’t contact the seller. Secondly, they are not informing you but be informed that they are having issues with the customs, or at least they claim so. 90% of the product you purchase won’t be delivered to you and you would be asked to close your dispute and deal with the customs yourself! That is ridiculous.

I have received no help. No refund. Company not willing to work with you at all. I have enptied my cart and deleted app. DO NOT buy from these people.

I never order anything for more that $10 because I don’t trust them. 50% of the time, the items don’t arrive. You have to file a dispute to get your money back. If you forget to do this in a timely manner, you are out of luck. The sellers are generally crooked and try to convince you not to file a dispute. Assure you that the item is on its way. Don’t fall for this. In my experience, if the item does not arriv in a month, it is never coming. Good luck. The prices are good, but a lot of aggravation.

I can't pay for a fricken $13 order for a customer. I even was asked to get a pre paid card and still they put you into appeal process unheard of. A company that refuses to accept a payment. I don't get it never had a problem. i gave them all the documents and proof. And still nothing. Poor poor business. You can't talk to someone live you are stuck talking to a robot til you get to a agent which the agent can't even answer the problem you run in circles with these people. I'm trying to pay for a $13 dollar order and I can't. This is such BS. They say build a business with Ali well how is that possible when you can't pay for it. It's day 5 and still not solved, the customer is going to cancel way to go Ali. This is how we build a business. You need to change your policies. And also people customer doesn't have to return an item to get a refund. They can get the product and say something is wrong and get refund period. No matter what your policy is. It goes by what Ali Express policy is period it over rides your policy! So anybody who wants free merchandise and gets free refund on top of that nice protections of the drop shipper. I will never recommend this AliExpress plug in. You end up getting screwed and it will ruin your image and business. Find a different dropshipper.

Avoid buying from Aliexpress and if you do decide to buy from them only make purchases using your American Express because they will reverse charges for items that were not delivered or that are defective or not as described. Do not wait for the 60 days that Aliexpress make you wait before allowing you to file a dispute. They are only buying time and in the end, they will do everything possible to avoid issuing you a refund. Try find items on Amazon where they believe in customer service. Sellers on Aliexpress will send laughing emoji's when you inquire about your order, there is NO accountability on Aliexpress and customer service is almost nonexistent, so don't buy from their website, unless you like gambling and losing money.

It used to be better 2-3 years ago but suddenly customer service became so bad and unacceptable. I bought an item that I never received and AE rejected the dispute and again declined my appeal to their final dispute decision because I have no evidence that I never received an item. Funny but true. I tried to communicate to them but bots answered all my queries and seller said that I just need to wait for the item but later send a tracking evidence to AE that it was delivered already. Aside from that, it as hard to communicate with them in English as seems they only understand the basic. I have decided not to order here anymore and just support my local shops. Really bad customer service and the term "buyers protection" is just a lie.

We ordered door sills for our car. The incorrect ones were sent. When we tried to get a refund and start a dispute it was settled within 5 days against us. They declined our first set of photos and requested more even though they gave us less than two days to submit more. These were never received by them because they completed the dispute without them, within 5 days as stated instead of the 14 days after receiving the goods. Personally we will never use or recommend AliExpress again. Our experience will similar sites in North America have been very positive in regards to returns, refunds, etc. We also found the delivery time for AliExpress to be very slow.

I bought items from Ali Express site (AE) with a total value of USD 622.5. When the seller failed to deliver the items and refused to refund me, I opened a dispute. AE resolved the issue by judging to my favour. This is good news and better news is that the seller (all of a sudden) agreed to the proposal of AE (FYI, this AE website never refunds you but with the acceptance of the seller). The bad news, however, is that the seller never refunded me the USD 622.5 or any single dollar. For 7 months, I kept contacting AE and every time I requested an escallation, they took the complaint as if it is the first time. I kept contacting them from Decemeber 2017 until June 2018, during which I raised 12-time escallations, but with no response from the side of AE. The last (12th-) escalation request was in June 07, 2018), case ID: 2002000058150497. I then gave up, which I believe what AE aimed to. Every time I contacted them, they provided no clear explaination of why the refund was initially processed but never completed. I had a feeling that the staffs with whom I was chatting were aware of the trick, but never tell. Every time i raised the issue, they promised to escalade it, but never resolved it (and never explaied why not). When I discovered that AE is biased with the seller (and believed that there are hidden cheap agreements with his bad sellers), I remebered the story we used to narrate to our kids, whose title is the same to the one i gave to this review title. Please dear friends be advised that the system that runs the business of AE is corrupted and purchasing an expensive item from it will be risky depending on the honesty of the seller. Instead of striving to search for a hopefully good seller in the already corrupted AE system, I chose to go to other honest online traders (and they are a lot nowadys). But because of my money that i lost, I decided to write my unfortunate story to discourage websites like AE from their manipulations.
