“I have contacted them several times about several orders. The information on their website for the shipping company is incorrect. The phone number DOES NOT EXIST. The shipping company claimed they called me on a certain date to deliver the package and I have screenshots of my phone log that shows they NEVER called me. The WEBSITE PROVIDE ON ALIEXPRESS for the shipping company does NOT recognize the Tracking number. I messaged AliExpress over their app many times with screenshots to prove all the above. Finally someone gives me the address and phone number of the shipping company (COMPLETELY DIFFERENT from AliExpress app.) I call them and the do NOT recognize the tracking number. So I have no legitimate Tracking number. I have phone numbers that either DO NOT WORK or does not have my package information. Here's the kicker. The shop I bought it from wants to give me a refund. But AliExpress is NOT giving that option to either of us. SO SHOP WANTS TO REFUND BUT ALIEXPRESS REFUSES. DO NOT SHOP FROM THERE. Buy from Tiki, buy from Lazada, buy from SHIEN. I have NEVER had problems with buying from them directly. Aliexpress has not delivered and REFUSES to give a refund. Even if the shop that you purchased from agrees to it.”

“AVOID. Do not be tempted by bargain prices this site is awful. They will take your money, not send goods and then you will not be refunded. Customer service repeatedly fob you off with excuses, customer service Shocking. You feel like you're dealing with conmen. Save yourself the trouble and avoid!”

“Seller was contacted because items showed delivered but their response was something along the lines of “item marked delivered because shipping insurance was about to run out, the item is still on its way.” Seller didn’t want to pay the one dollar refund coupon for late delivery so they marked it delivered and said it’s still in the mail. Pretty much admitting to mail fraud but apparently that’s whatever to AliExpress. Well it’s been well over a week and nothing has shown up and I’m being declined refunds because I have no proof the items didn’t arrive. It’s hard to show physical proof of something you don’t have. Anyways I’ve re appealed but been declined. There is no help from customer service at all and just the same we will contact seller and wait for response loop. Any questions asked they will just say yes and agree with you. So I’ve come here because the whole Ali express system seems to be bots and ran as a loose scam. Sad because AliExpress has been legit in the past years ago, not anymore. Don’t test the waters just use Temu if you really want a Chinese Amazon experience. Working on refund through PayPal won’t try that again.”

“Didn’t receive item, seller wouldn’t provide tracking, informed me delivered and signed for, no one was home to sign and it wasn’t delivered. Seller would NOT provide USPS tracking number but kept telling me to contact USPS. That’s IMPOSSIBLE without a tracking number. Sent me dead hyperlinks. Then AliExpress, in dispute process, asks ME to provide tracking info or otherwise prove it wasn’t delivered. They don’t seem to understand now shipping and customer service works. Run away from AliExpress, it’s TERRIBLE.”

“If I could give a zero I would. I’ve never done any business with this group, but my account got hit for over $600. The bank tracked it back to Ali. There’s no contact information for them. This place is a 100% scam. it should be looked into by the US government.”

“AliExpress sent an item to an identical street address in a different city. Understandable mistake. But when I asked for a refund, they asked me to prove the item got there. They refused the refund unless I could get a letter from USPS proving I didn't live there, that the item had been delivered to that city and not mine (They claimed tracking numbers weren't enough) and frequently wrote back "Prove it" when I contacted customer service about the item not being delivered. They demanded "photos" of the missing items in order to submit a claim. Their respondes were automated and copy/pasted. Even after they acknowledged it was the wrong address, they asked if I could have "family memebers" try to get it for me, or have USPS "pick it up" from a city 6 hours away instead of refunded an $11 item. I would not trust them in future based upon that poor service.”

“Scammers When ordering and paying for the goods, the seller simply issued a fake tracking number and did not send the parcel. At the same time, the support service simply lies - that the seller sent the goods, although when tracking the tracking number is clearly written "The seller did not send the order" When purchasing on this platform, be prepared for the fact that half or more of your orders will not arrive (they will simply not be sent, or will get stuck in some transport hub) and you will waste time and money.”

“SCAMS SCAMS SCAMS Manche Anbieter sind ehrlich. Sehr viele jedoch nicht. Ständig wird man belogen, selbst wenn man direkt nachfragt. Das schlimmste daran ist, dass Aliexpress vermeintlich nichts dagegen unternimmt und die Betrüger sogar durch ihre eigenen Mechanismen schützt. Man kann beispielsweise nur 15 Tage nach Erhalt der Ware eine Bewertung abgeben. Wenn einem das Produkt gefällt, ist diese positiv. Wenn einem das Produkt nicht gefällt, weil beispielsweise (vorsätzlich) die Beschreibung falsch, schickt man es zurück. In diesem Fall kann man jedoch KEINE Bewertung schreiben. Es ist schlicht nicht möglich. So hat dann jeder Müll quasi 5 Sterne.”

“No integrity. Cheap knockoffs that doesn't match the description or the pictures shown, and sometimes they are not even cheaper than the legitimate products. Customer service is horrendous, they wouldn't refund less than 5 dollars of products that arrived damaged, even when I provided them with photographic evidence. Comparing their return policy with a well-known shopping site that starts with A, is akin to night-and-day. Since they take forever to ship as well, you will be wasting your time AND money.”

“You will never get the order delivered. It's scam. Customer service is trash. My order not got delivered but they won't refund. If you ask for refund they need proof from my local post's letter that I haven't received it. But they use their own delivery still they asking for the letter. Item still in China as per the tracking. Such pethetic customer service. Never ever going to use aliexpress”

“I ordered 3 items. Gold cake knife and server, received a stainless steel with a clear plastic handle. I ordered 12 cake forks with a dragon fly on the handle and received 12 forks with starfishes. The 3rd order was right. I contacted customer service and got absolutely no results. It is just wrong.”

“Beware of Aliexpress when buying products from them. I placed an order for a PC mouse in October 2023, and up till now I haven't received it. Despite the seller (Store Nr.1102600091) assuring a 10-day delivery for the item, the tracking information indicates that the mouse is still at the DHL depot. The seller is advising me to be patient, suggesting that it might arrive at some point. I contacted DHL, and they told me that it might have been lost. According to the policy of Aliexpress I have to wait six months before I can get a refund. There is nothing I can do in that case.”

“I’ve ordered many things from Ali Express and had mixed results. Things are cheap but you do get what you pay for in quality. I’ve had several cases of items not arriving for which getting a refund is very difficult. My last purchase offered free returns, which I used returning following the directions on the site. The item was received but no refund issued. No opportunity to dispute this and no option to speak to anyone. Be prepared to loose money and receive no support!”

“I had a horrible experience in buying from AliExpress. They do not take any responsibility of items purchased from their site. They have bad companies selling garbage on their site. Customer service looks very 'nice' in answering your questions, but do nothing to keep their promises, in fact they will turn around and backstab you. This is bad for China's image. Please do not buy anything from AliExpress. They are thieves and robbers.”
